I was going to buy a brand new switch and a new game which equates to around 300 dollars but they felt compelled that I should wear a muzzle.I refused and will never shop at gamestop ever again

Went there on 2/20/21 Saturday.Woman at the counter was incredibly rude and could care less. Worst customer service Ive experienced since Covid started.Not sure if she was just having a bad day, but I wont be going back anytime soon.

The employees here are always super helpful and friendly. They have a great selection and know their merchandise. Theyve helped me pick out the best things in my price range for my kids multiple times and the quality was exactly as they described. Thanks guys!

Long time shopper always loved game stop until I met the person working at the Medina game stop she should be fired instantly I have seen other people as well complain about her at the place please do not shop at the store if you want to have a good experience with your children

Fast, friendly service. The cashier helped us over the phone and was able to locate the exact cord we needed. It was a unique auxiliary cable for my Nintendo. It works perfect! Wish I could remember that persons name. Kudos to them!

I have been going to this GameStop for a couple of years now. I have had some good times but mostly bad times. I have had to return several things not working/breaking quick.

So after being what I would say a loyal customer to the store for over a year. I can say with certainty that I will never step foot in this store again. I bought a PS3 a few days later I decided to return it because I bought an Xbox One not only did they sell me a PS3 that they didnt even know they had they also decided they werent going to help me return it they basically robbed me and told me that there was nothing they can do that they didnt even have the model PS3 that was written on the box and whats really funny is the store manager was right there when I bought it. Seems like a very shady operation so I just took it to GameStop in Brunswick and they returned it for me. Not only was I told the PS3 I was buying was 500 gigs it turns out it was only a 120. I will be doing all my shopping at Brunswick from now on I suggest you do the same.

Brian was wonderful!He helped us figure out which PS4 to buy and all the gear we needed to go with it. We ended up getting an extra controller, a ps+ membership, as well as three different games with available expansion packs. He even recommended games and helped us save money by picking out used items and becoming a pro member!Im so glad he was working at the time.

Totally horrible experience and customer service! We stopped in this afternoon to purchase a game that our son had asked for. Online it said there was 1 pre-owned copy in stock. We came into the store and told the sales associate (Kyle) that we’d like to purchase it. He checked for us and confirmed that there was 1 in stock and said that he’d set it aside for us as we browsed around. We purchased a few other items and we were under the impression that we also were given and charged for this particular game. I checked the bag roughly 30min later and saw that there was no game and that we were not charged for it. I called back to make sure it was still there so we could drive back and get it. I was then informed that apparently there was a previous hold on the game from this morning, so they were actually unable to sell us the game. WHY ON EARTH would we be told that we could buy it when we were in?! This was one of the most frustrating shopping experiences that I’ve had and we will not be returning to this location.

Customer service is amazing! Management and employees are very knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. They are also very personable. If you plan on buying used games...get them here. Their rewards program is awesome! $15 for a year subscription to Game Informer plus you get a discount on used games and accessories. Also with the rewards program...every dollar you spend in the store or online, you get points added to your account for free stuff on the rewards website. All in all its a great store! I dont buy games, systems, or accessories from anywhere else.

Theyre an ok store but it would be nice if items were priced instead of having to ask price.

Havent been here in 3 years... Horrible. This place was great before they had cool events and stuff other locations never did.Now this place look infested with cockroaches.

These guys know all about what they sell and help you make the most of your money. they dont try to sell you what you dont need and always take the time to explain everything! awesome experience every time.

The employees here make you feel right at home, as if theyre your long lost friends. Sure, there may be longer wait times during the busy hours, but thats to be expected. Plus, they are always knowledgeable of the questions you have.

Bought a copy of left for dead. It worked extremely well and I was treated greatly. They even got me to laugh. As for the game it worked well and I play it often.

Great store, fast service, friendly employees. Dont listen to the bad reviews. The most common thing I see in the bad reviews is people whining about not getting their way.

Manager is simply rude. Employees in the past were always great. Unfortunately we wont be returning to this location because of the poor choice in leadership.

Every time I stop in this store and the manager kayti is there, she doesnt work. Just talks to some young girl that works at the movie theater. Couldnt even ask a question because she was so focused on this girls life, living with her mom. Its unfortunate, but you lost a $38 purchase.Update: How is Kayti still the manager here? She is incompetent!

Literally stood in line for 15 minutes while the cashier had a full blown conversation with a customer. The line kept growing and growing. I get being friendly but seriously I dont want to stand and listen to your conversation, I have games to play.
