Excellent service. Definitely a place to get all your mower needs. Jeff is definitely a guy who knows his stuff.
Fair prices and great repair service. They will pickup your tractor for repairs.
No one in this store is going to move very fast no matter what youre there for. Their prices are high, and I have beat their prices by shopping around Online. Buy your Cub here rather than a big box store. Tractors are better made here. Check around on prices.
Rude, rude, rude! Overpriced. Shop online and save yourself the nightmare of dealing with these arrogant people.
I just had my mower picked up yesterday 8/15/19 for regular service and hydro service. I was called about an hour before they closed around 5-5:30 ish and was told the bill would be in the high $700s because they claimed I needed a spindle assembly replaced along with the PTO belt. I was told the blades could hit or strike one another if this was not fixed. I was hesitant to pay the additional cost but didn’t want to take the chance that they were right and I could be at risk of damaging the mower so I agreed to have it replaced. I had also asked for blade replacement and he said that would take the bill over $800. He said he wasn’t totally sure on the cost. Wasn’t totally sure??? How? It’s your business and your job to know the costs of repair. So - they call me the next day 8/16/19 around 12:30 and tell me the mower is done and the bill was $1060 something and change. I was like what???? I was told just over $800. They said well what did you expect after we put on new blades and the cost of the additional oil. Seriously? Oil is relatively cheap. It was 7 quarts hydro oil. I told them I was told just over $800 for on the phone for everything and this was NOT what I was expecting and I was not happy. He acted like he didn’t care. I was pretty upset and told the guy over the phone to just take the new blades off and put the old sharpened ones back on and get the price back down under $1000. The guy on the phone tells me he has to refigure everything price wise and call me back. Seriously is pricing and invoicing this difficult? He does call back in like 15 minutes and says it’s now $970 and wants payment. I pay over the phone with a credit card. He says they’ll drop the mower off today (I was not at home). So I get home later. Mower is there at the end of driveway. My son (who works landscaping) starts it and takes it out back to cut the rest of the grass left from the other day. Literally after 3 passes the mower starts sputtering and stops. So I go back and get it started again and it seems fine - temporarily. I cut about 2 passes and it still seems OK so he tells me he will get back on the mower and finish. So I watch about 2 more passes of him mowing and the mower shuts down again (sputtering). So I get back on the mower to restart it and try to drive it up to the house to look at more closely. It sputters and stalls again. I look back and gas is spurting out of the gas line to the engine. I go look at the gas line and it is cut. About a two inch blade cut is down the gas line (I took pictures) with gas leaking and dripping all over the motor. Keep in mind I have owned this mower for about 10 years and this has never happened or been an issue. So how does this line have a knife cut in it? Why didn’t they look over the whole mower before it was brought back? Were they mad that I complained about their continual rising bill? Who knows??? So now a mower sits in my back yard that I paid nearly $1000 to have serviced not working and gas all over my lawn. Someone will have some serious explaining to do on this. My plan is to head back up there tomorrow and speak with the manager! I wish I would have went elsewhere! Would give zero stars if I could.

Defeintley anything you need for your Cub Cadet. Shop around though. Told me I wouldnt get a starter for my LT1050 any cheaper than their $180+. Found one brand new out of a shop in TN for $40. Starts up like new now.
They have a great selection of equipment. I feel like they always have the parts I need in stock as well.
