I went to Miracle Ear because the hearing aids that I had were not working as well as they were when they were new. Ross Burke did a great job explaining the options and doing my hearing test. While I spent a lot more money than I wanted to, I got a pair of hearing aids that work well for me. They follow up appointments have been a good experience to fine tune the hearing aids to my requirements.

I am very happy with my new aids and Ross Burke was the best specialist Ive ever worked with. He was very helpful and a very professional guy. They sound so much clearer than my previous ones ever did.
