Ive been a customer for more than 10 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone is very helpful, polite, and discreet. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, which isnt always easy for women in our situations. I highly recommend them!

I have used Elegant Essentials since my really bad experience at another store on the east side five years ago and have been thrilled with their caring and wonderful service. They understand the trauma associated with needing their services and they are compassionate and professional in their attention . The remodeled store is fantastic that was done during the shutdown for COVID. The owner, Shelley, and her daughter, Megan, are the best. After five years, I finally got a prosthesis custom made. It was expensive and Medicare paid only about 1/5, but I love it and dont have to constantly adjust and use caution in what I wear. It is also much lighter and is at last a match. Thank you for your store and for your wonderful personalities.

Went into the store a couple day ago cause my grandma wanted to buy some new bras. The staff wasn’t very helpful nor did they seem like they wanted to be.

The people are amazing! After having breast cancer and not having a place for a few years to get the items i need to feel like a women elegant essentials renewed my self confidence. I will never go any where else. I live in akron and its well worth the 30 min drive! Thank you so much!

The ladies could not have been more helpful! They are knowledgeable and professional. I was told up front what my insurance would and would not pay. They handled everything. A very nice experience.

I will never forget the kind ladies that work here! I felt so alone as if no one understood, but I was so wrong. I didnt half to say anything when I walked in because obviously just looking at me you could see I was sad. Shelley came right over to me and made me feel so much better! All the woman are so nice. Would not recommend this business to anyone. The manger was a rude person she demanded we pay up front $80.00 for my item. The manager blamed the insurance company saying they were not covering my item. I called the insurance company, the item was covered at %100 UICR. WE have the explanation of Benefits showing they were paid to the UCR. The business was paid $63.00 to the contracted 100%. Elegant essentials is still giving us a hard time giving our money back, they have now been paid twice. If you go to this company do not listen to them about insurance payment, you just might be fighting to get your money back as we are, as far Im concerned they given conmen a bad name.
