Very friendly customer service. I went to get a new door opener myself they were so nice and set the remote for me. There price for service is very good compared to other companies who would charge triple for the same work. Definitely a company to keep for any future garage door issues.

They fixed the ramp door on my 20 enclosed trailer. They where able to fix it same day and at a great price! Definitely recommend! Im also getting a quote from them for my home garage door. Dwayne is very knowledgeable and straightforward!

Its a mystery to me why Omega does not get a top 5 rating from everyone. In the midst of the pandemic emergency, our garage door was stuck in the closed position. We feared the hassle of waiting a long time for a service call. We emailed three companies describing the problem and asking for an appointment. Did not hear from one company and the second could not give a quote but offered to come over the next day to check out the problem and give an estimate.In contrast, Omega responded within 2 hours with a quote and offering immediate appointments. Tom came over the next day and fixed the door slightly below the quoted price. The ease and efficiency of the process and the competency and friendliness of Tom makes Omega a triple A company. And the garage door works just like new.Thank you, Omega.

Had a problem with my box truck door and they fit me in at the shop very quickly, fixed the issue the same day (which was the day before a holiday btw) and was way cheaper then I had imagined. Omega Doors did an outstanding job on my large garage door installation. Door is 10’ and 16’ and controlled by a very quiet DC motor unit. Very impressed with workmanship on a new installation. Cost was good and work was fast, completed flawlessly in one day. Highly recommend Omega.

We had Omega replace our garage door springs in January 2016. We also had them replace the laser lights earlier in 2016. So we thought we were set for quite a while. Guess not, a spring broke again last night. Since they replaced both springs in 2016, one of the new springs lasted just two years. So I called today for service since we cannot open the door and get the car out. They said no one is in our area (Vero Beach) today (Friday) and wont be until Wednesday. I said we need service today not in five days and they said they could not help me. I explained I would have to call another company and they said okay. So I called another company and they will be here today in 3 or 4 hours. Good Bye Omega. Your customer service is unacceptable. Time to close your doors.

This used to be a good company but that is no longer the case. 7 years ago they installed a good synthetic door for us. I called them some time ago to replace a spring and they said it would be a 1 month wait. So I fixed that issue myself. Now I called just to get advice on how to adjust the open door setting. The girl that answered said she could not help me and refused to take my name to have someone call me back. Instead she wanted to arrange a service call for a fee just to answer a simple question. Greedy and terrible service all around.
