Just moved to Melbourne two weeks ago. Brought everything except the mattress. Most notable was Johns no pressure approach; a distinct difference from other mattress outlets we visited. You can expect John to be a straight shooter, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. This mattress and bedroom set will go into the guest bedroom when we find a house and we will buy a new set for our bedroom; we know where we will get that mattress. I found their prices at or below competitors and their selection more than adequate. It was a pleasure to do business with this organization.

Went into the store and immediately met Grant. Within 30 minutes my grand daughter had picked out the mattress she wanted. Therapedic.. same one as my wife and I had at our home. Great sale, great product, great service. We came back 1/2 hr later and picked it up. Very knowledgeable, shows you what youre looking for and explains how the mattresses are made. They are not pushy at all (theres nothing worse than going to a store and having the employees follow you around and push you into buying something!) You can tell the owner of this store takes pride in what he does! I would never hesitate to make another purchase from them again!

I was so impressed with my visit to Mattress Barn this morning! Compared to the other stores I had been to on 192 this was by far the greatest experience. Prompt courteous service, NO PRESSURE sales, clean store, pricing clearly displayed on all products and the mattress I wanted was available and will be delivered tomorrow! We just bought four mattresses from John in the Melbourne store. We visited and talked with John at lease a half dozen times as we moved toward the purchase of our King for our master bedroom. We recently visited Mattress Barn on the Palm Bay road as we were starting the process of finding a comfortable and affordable queen size Mattress for our sons apartment. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable of the stores products and had us try different models until we found the perfect one! The price was better than we had been finding anywhere and the guys at the store were so very patient and polite and not at all pushy. The delivery we scheduled went very well also. My husband and I purchased a Serta mattress from John in September 2017. He was a very honest and friendly salesman from the minute we met. He let us look around and take our time in the store without being pushy at all. We were very satisfied with our experience at the store because of his friendly demeanor. Now fast forward to November 2018 we found ourselves dissatisfied with our mattress because it was bunching and sagging and sleep was uncomfortable, so we decided to give John a call to see if he could help us. With just a few emails back and forth he was able to confirm that our Serta warranty would accept an exchange because the mattress was deemed defective. We stopped in and as always he welcomed us with a big smile and let us look around again! He is a true, honest person. You can tell he cares for his customers and wants you to leave his store happy!
