Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Jose made an appointment with me only to no show/no call, when I called him to confirm the service call he hung up on me!!Don’t get lured in by the low price.

Hands down best work ever! They were super quick to give me an estimate and gave me the best price (believe me I looked) I could find. They made things super clear for me as to what was best for my windows at home too. Will be calling them back for sure highly recommend!

They replaced all windows in my house they are very profesional and have the best prices, I had quotes from 3 other companies but Melrose Glass gave me better quality windows for my money.Highly recommended

Didnt cut my table top correctly then kept giving me the run around about correcting it

Ive been in construction for nearly 20 years and in glass for 15 of those years. These guys are a bunch of unprofessional liers and fraudsters. When I called them out on their b.s. (respectfully) they turned nasty, swore, and hung up. Thankfully this happened before the job started or money changed hands. They did however screw up a schedule and held up the other trades. I strongly recommend finding a more reputable and reliable business. BEWARE
