Worst service Ive ever had. I made an appointment for oil change, filter replacement and inspection. They only changed the oil. They also never wash the car after the service. In different location, I didnt have to ask to wash my car, they just did it. It was the last time I was there.

Had a wait but overall I kept busy so time flew by

There is nothing quick about their quick lane. Wasted 50 minutes of my lunch for an oil change that never happened. They werent even busy. There were two people ahead of me when I got in. They should be turning cars around much quicker. Dont waste your time like I did.

Ironically, this is the worst place to take your car. Would rather take it to a small shop where the work is actually quick, the prices are fair and the mechanics know what they are doing.Skip this place.

200 dollars plus, to tell me my a/c was going to cost me over 800. Also I had a recall, recall was supposedly fixed but now my rear taillights have a short? You guys are crazy.

You need to be careful because they like being stretched for brake replacement. Well i have my mechanic. I still have a good brake pads and they wanted to replace me with new ones.

Second time there, I didnt get my vehicle there but i have used Quick Lane at this location. Very nice people, attentive, and will go over details of any issues with the car.

Advertised as cheap price, but used wrong oil type, and put wrong mileage sticker on. I had to get oil switched properly by another shop in Champagne.I called Ford and told them about it. Hopefully, the issues will be fixed.

No free coffee or water for us customersJust dropped $1400.00 and sales rep was mean when asked regarding a water fountain....imagine the feeling!!Breddamann Ford in Glenview is worth the drive for all my service trucks and needs!!!

I cant call it quick lane when oil changes take 4-5 hours and then get the call that Im rolling a death trap that needs 1000s in repairs .. note never did any recommended service in 3 years of oil changes and Im still alive

It was fast, compare to golf mill here was $3.00 cheaper but no car wash and the oil here is good only for 3000 miles and 3 months compare 5000 miles 5 months at golf mill ford.

Just stopped by for an oil change...they said i have to wait 1 hour and a half....not quick at all
