Good store friendly staff anytime I need help finding something theyre always eager and willing and it really is just a nice experience to go in there for the staff alone
Every time I come to this rite aid by myself or with my family the short older white lady or whatever she is with the glasses always follows us. I’m getting tired of it and it makes me very uncomfortable especially since I spend too much money here to be going through this.
I been a Rite Aid customer for over 7 years I never have any problem with any one at the pharmacy today DEC 18.2020 I stop at the pharmacy to pickup my daughter medication when I ask the pharmacist his name is AHMED a question abut the medication he rise his voice with a very bad attitude this was my first time see the pharmacist I never see him before at the pharmacy he is not A PROFESSIONAL or respectable I hope this will never happing again. if I can give 0 star I will
Best People On Earth
Always friendly cashiers, stocked up well, and quick easy in and out. Good location as well.
Very clean store..
I’ve never had a problem with the pharmacy drive-through . I’ve never had a problem with the staff too. 😊
Nice Place
Lied how long script wait, didnt have all scripts needed, and after that wrote grossly incorrect instruction on prednisone prescription. When pharmacy informed was pretty rude. Only gave one star because there was no 0 star rating.
They r rudeThey charge u 60 for the medicine when its 15Thats the reason people pay more for insuranceI changed to Adams pharmacy on dix lincoln park now and I m paying 35 monthly instead of 60
Do not go there. They charge u arm and leg and show u attitude
The staff is always friendly and the wait to fill a script, is never longer than 30 minutes.
Except for the ONE gentleman that works here, which you rarely encounter, the staff is extremely rude and acts like customer service is a foreign concept at this pharmacy. You get a different answer to your questions depending on who answers the phone here. I called several times over the course of a year to pick up my prescriptions at the 28 day mark as I was planning on traveling out of town, my insurance allows pickup of refills at 28 days EVERY month but I usually don’t inquire about doing so unless it’s necessary. Every time I need to do a 28 day refill they tell me fine and the upon pickup the pharmacy manager who is obviously a miserable person who hates her job tells me I’m lying and that her staff did not say they would fill and then adds a few days to when I can refill. She’s refused to fill until after 31 days in a 30 days prescription more than once over the course of a year and multiple times I and other family members have tried to pick up our prescriptions 30 mins before they close and they have closed early and drawn the blind on the drive thru window, upon entering the store and informing them it’s still 25 mins until they actually close they claim the entire pharmacy is closed and locked up and it’s up to their discretion when they close and have no obligation to adhere to the posted hours of operation! I have also picked up 2 prescriptions this year that when counted I found that they managed to conveniently miscount to the tune of 30 pills each time. No phone call to me at all, I had to call them and tell them and they tried to deny it until I went in and told them to prove they gave me the right amount and conveniently they miraculously found my missing pills, didn’t even apologize for the disrespect or the screw up on their part either time. The pharmacy manager is incompetent and literally lacks basic customer service skills to a point that tomorrow I will find a new pharmacy to take care of mine and my family’s prescriptions from now on. We shall see when I call corporate if they care she is costing them serious money.
