I know this is partly my fault, because I should have checked. I went to this location 3 weeks ago to get a new screen protector. I watched the guy open the packet and start working on my phone while I looked around at accessories. I paid for the screen protector and went on withmy day. Today when i was washing dishes I answered a call and now my phone is wet and ruined. I come to find out the guy never put the screen protector on and now i have to get a new phone. I want my money back and a new phone but in reality they will just sorry for the inconvenience.

Leo helped me pick out a phone and got me walking out the door faster than I can think of what I even wanted. He got me a phone that fit my needs rather than sell me a phone. Keep it up guys I love the melvindale location everyone else is knowledgeable that works there and Im just truly amazed at their customer service

Watch out a thief works here!My mother in law went to this store two different times to get new phones. The first time she went in the man removed her 64 GB SD card and placed it in his drawer. She asked if she needs that and he said no. She got home, I started setting up her phone and noticed it was gone. We went up there together to get it and he says oh you forgot this here.We left without saying anything about it.She went back today to get a new phone again. She gave me her new phone to set up and again the 64gb SD card was missing from her old phone. Her son went back up there with her to get it back and he told him dont try to say I stole this. He pulled it out of his drawer and he gave it back.Its obvious that this man has no conscious and is taking advantage of people who do not understand technology.

The salesman did a very poor job. sold me a phone case that did not fit the charger that he sold me.overcharge me for everything I wasted $200 for an upgrade on my phone that was actually a downgradeand now its broke because you sold me a faulty case. Of course the phone broke when I took the case off since it didnt fit a charger. never trust a Salesman especially at this place! always open your phone and try the features and make sure the case works well before you make a purchase this is my lesson learned but I should be able to trust the salesman to sell me a good product. Why would you store even sell cases that dont fit phone chargers? He also bragged about how good the camera on phone was and the flash does not work at all. Nothing but bad dark pictures from this phone. 😠😡😠😡😠😡😠😡

Best location I been too right here I drove from East side of Detroit to here I never heard of melvindale but I called em up and they gave me the price onn iPhones for me and my and my daughterss erybody out here was tryna charge 50 dollas or more ...I aintt ever gon go anywhere else shout out to my mans Leo for the hookuppp

When me and my wife both have metro pcs, and she calling and calling to tell me shes going into labor, but i never got 1 call. Thanks metro pcs. Apparently I just came back to metro pcs 2 weeks ago just so that I could miss the birth of my child. Litteraly. Thank you for ruining the most important moment in my life.

Best metropcs i been at. Drive by 5 metro stores to come here. I bought a phone and they gave me a free raffle ticket to win a tv and half off my case and screen protector and even a free car charger. Best experience and i didnt feel like i was bein played

Why are your hours posted as open at 9 am but at 9:18 the door is still locked and no one is answering the phone.
