This place has everything Ive been ordering thru Amazon! It was a bakers utopia! We dont have a bakery supply besides Walmart so I order a lot of products online. One-stop shop for me will be getting my supplies from there from here on out! The people were eager to help and answer questions.

The selection here is very nice hence the 3 stars but definitely no customer service. The ladies were very short and rude. I’ve purchased several cake pans here but I just needed to purchase a couple candles on my last visit and the employee was very stern that I could not purchase with my card and I had to leave to go to an ATM. I understand small businesses having this policy as credit card companies absolutely extort small businesses but be reasonable. Ask if the customer has cash and tell them they need to use cash for transactions under $10 as the policy states but if they will need to leave to get cash let them get by with it. If you have serial offenders don’t let them do it but letting a customer slide one time won’t kill the bottom line and will encourage that customer to return.

I love this store! It always has what I need and it gives me even more creative ideas when designing my cakes! What I love most of all are the picture printouts on the sugar sheets. The pictures come out beautifully and my clients are always delighted with the results! The clearer the image, the better the printout.

Went in on Monday inquiring about an edible image for a cake. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I needed to edit my file to fit the required dimensions. They told me I couldn’t pay until I picked up and they couldn’t print until I paid. They also explained that the image would fade overtime and I shouldn’t get it until a day or two before my event. I went to pickup the image today and they told me that the machine was already off for the day. My event is tomorrow and I now have a cake with a blank white top.

If I could give a negative review I would! The manager Susan or whatever she was, is so RUDE to me and other employees. I was there Thursday evening and she was down talking one of her employees who was working more than her. Not to mention there are Bugs in the bathroom. It just doesnt seem like a place Id ever see myself going again.

This place has been around since I was a little girl my mom, whom the staff there knows very well, Anita use to take us here with her when we were little. She would get all of her cake supplies here. I purchased a sealed and unopened icing. Once I arrived home I noticed it was the wrong color. It was not opened or anything. So I took my receipt for exchange and was told I couldn’t exchange it. I feel that is unfair and unprofessional. I could agree if it had been opened, however it had not. So please pay close attention when shopping with this business.

I have shopped here for years and only had two bad experiences but this one I had to write about. Last week I bought some buttercream frosting and some sugar pearls. The buttercream frosting was separated when I got home then I noticed the date said May 2019. The sugar Pearl top was broken and I didnt notice before I bought it. I took the products back a few days later and I explained to them that the buttercream was outdated the black lady at the register told me they dont take food back. I asked her even if its outdated and its your your product she told me I would have to speak to manager. The tall white guy there also told me the same thing. He tried to explain to me that the best by date didnt matter! We all know that it means the product wont be as fresh after that date. If Im going to spend my money on anything I would expect to get more than two weeks freshness out of it. He went ahead and let me exchange it but he didnt want to. The customer service is horrible when it comes to buying things that are outdated at the store that was the second time that I picked up something off their shelf that was outdated if youre going to sell outdated merchandise you need to sell it at a discount but I warn anyone check your dates on buttercream, flavoring and anything else edible in that store because they do not want to exchange or take their ruined merchandise back which is so unfair to the customer. I will not be shopping here again. Ive got to find somewhere else to go or order my things online.

Extreamly Rude Behavior!!I went there for printing an edible image and I didn’t find the image that clear when it came printed out the guy up there said “This is what it is if you don’t wanna take it thats fine, we will never be printing anything ever again for you” and when I told him thats pretty rude of him he didnt even care to apologize!!On monthly bases I have been giving them business for $200-$300 and this is not how I expect to be treated! I am sure it wont effect their business if they have one customer less but being a store they should learn some basic customer service.Walmart and Kroger prints the images for much cheaper and I think its rather better to buy from them or online then being treated this way!
