My experiences at Sugar Plus Consignment is always AWESOME.I Love shopping there as well as taking designer bags there.Every visit is always a very pleasant one the ladies that work there are phenomenal.

This lovely shop is So hit or miss on service. Great fun poking through the finds and good sales. But I would say I feel like an imposition as a customer 75 % of my visits. 🤔

We love this store. Every year close to Christmas my wife and I always stop by this store. We have bought several high end purses here. We love the staff as they are always so patient and so helpful. I’m shocked to see any negative reviews on here at all. I guess you just can’t please everybody. If you like good deals on high end goods then this is your place to shop. Louis Vuitton purses and Chanel purses are always such a great deal and always in such great condition. Thanks Sugar Plum!!!!!

My time there and I found a lot of items

Used to love this place. Frequented it often. However they rearranged the clothing making the tops hard to see and reach. They appear to have lesser quality clothing then they used to and less of it. The people working there stand around talking to themselves while customers stand waiting to be helped. And don’t ask to use the bathroom. They lie and say it isn’t working, (has happened multiple times), though all they need to say is we don’t allow customers to use it. Truth would suffice. I did get a beautiful and expensive piece of jewelry in a grab bag, as someone packing it overlooked it’s worth. Thanks guys!

Sugar Plus is ladies clothing and ladies shoes and custom jewelry store. They sale mostly used merchandise. It is a real consignment store. They have all high end merchandise. Store is very nice and very clean. Store employees are very nice they are ready to help you .

Very good store for high end womens clothing, shoes, belt, purses, watches, suit, These are consigned merchandise, so you can get for lot less. Very nice store, and very clean looking. Sales people are very good and they are ready to help you to find your sizes.

Love the store, but will not take anything in for consignment again.. I would have done better off selling my items on craigslist or at a garage sale. I gave a NWT BEBE dress org. 112.00 they sold it for 28.50 and I got 11.40 for it. I also had NWT flip flops 29.00 they sold for 10.00 and I got $4.00. I would have kept them for 4.00 for next summer. What was I thinking!!!

Sugar Plum is my favorite store!! Every time I go I end up finding tons of accessories and clothing, and getting it for a steal!! Not to mention, every Thursday is girls night out, so they always have extra discounts! The owner is a doll and really cares about helping you find what youre looking for. This is an amazing way to get designer clothing at secondhand prices- without wading through tacky or ugly pieces. You wont be disappointed at Sugar Plum!! :)

Ladies standing at the counter gossiping, did not acknowledge or welcome when I entered. They did speak to others so the gossip was more interesting, I’m sure. All through the store I walked with clothes on my arms. No one offered to take them to the counter or a dressing room. Very loud, fake giggling and carrying on. I could not wait to leave.

The staff was extremely rude. One of the older ladies was very sweet, as we went a few minutes passed closing and were expressing our apologies (in my car by 6:06). However in the midst of telling us it wasn’t an issue since we were in town from Nashville, she was interrupted by an an extremely rude lady with short blonde hair. She explained “ if we seem to be pushing you out, it is because we are. Some of us have been here since the crack of dawn.” And walked off. It was extremely rude & made us very uncomfortable. Didn’t realize 10am (when they open) was the crack of dawn.

This store is so awesome,I want to buy everything in there,they have lots of new items,not just gently use items.

Ladies, dont get me wrong they have nice things here! I took a pair of new worn Gucci because I was just cleaning my closet out and did not want to just throw the shoes away. So, since I have bought several items from Sugar Plum I decided to give them a try of selling my brand new Gucci shoes. The shoes cost me about $350 and I just wanted to at least get about $100-150 for the shoes. Well, Sugar Plum is not fair because they listed the shoe for about $130 I believe then they starting saying they had a sell and marked the shoe down. Then they said they had another sell again and I couldnt believe and want believe they sold my brand new Gucci shoes for about $40-60 dollars. I would have done better standing on the corner with a table of my shoes and would have gotten more for them. Ebay was my first choice and will be my next choice. I repeat do not consign with them or you will lose all you have.

DO NOT take your clothes to this consignment store without reading ALL the reviews. Make sure you know the selling price they assign to your items before they are placed on the selling floor. I had a NWT tag $188.00 designer piece they priced at $24.99, sold and I received $12.49. When I went to pick up my unsold items and money for sold items the staff was terribly rude. Dont be fooled by the website, read the reviews and notice how there are lengthy periods of time without any reviews.
