I love Gold and Diamond International! My husband and I choose to buy all of our jewelry from them. They have great/fair prices and friendly, intelligent and very knowledgeable staff that know their stuff about diamonds, all precious stones and all types of gold. I know that you are getting quality jewelry at wholesale prices, this is because they don’t use advertising like many other jewelry stores all tend to do! It’s hard to believe that people actually fall for those stupid, cheesy commercials that are intended to lure people in but end up costing the consumer. I get quality and great service with low prices! How could you ask for anything better? Well, you can’t! This store was opened years ago by two good Christian men and their families, Jerry and Jeff Lee. Jerry and Jeff Lee now have Jerry’s son-in-laws working there because they both are retired. There is one other lady that has been there since their store first opened and she knows her stuff as well! Great quality, knowledgeable people and superb service! You will not be disappointed!

When I worked retail in college, a customer of mine told me about this place in Memphis who had the best prices, but described the shop as being a bit out of character. Well, he was exactly right. Since they dont have an upscale showroom in an overpriced rent retail space and billboards all over town, you quickly realize how big a difference not having a ton of excess overhead makes. You probably arent going to find a better deal without being the one to go mine the materials and make the jewelry yourself! Rob and Mike do a wonderful job ensuring you get exactly what you want at an unbeatable price. If you want a glass of champagne served with your purchase and the shop to look more like an art gallery, then this isnt your place. Go pay a premium for that experience elsewhere.If you look at their products, its the same or better than what you find at any of those sort of establishments, and youd pay likely AT LEAST 40% more for the same thing at those places versus here.My fiancés custom engagement ring turned out perfect! For a similar ring locally, the stores best price was still 20% more than I bought it from GDI, and that stores had a lower carat gold with stones that were yellow, cloudy, and unfavorably rated. I have to imagine if I got the same store to make me what GDI did, I wouldnt have been surprised if it was well over 50% higher--if not double.I had a slight issue on the sizing, and they quickly worked to satisfactorily resolve it with great communication.Needless to say, Ive come back to order a wedding band for half the price that I could find it around my area. I recommend them to anyone looking for not only the best price, but a quality piece that you can expect to last a lifetime.If you want your money to go the furthest, GDI is the place to go to! Ive worked with them both in-store and over the phone; I had a great experience both ways. 5 stars across the board!

Even though they dont work on commission ask for Rob! He is highly knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to work with! Know what you want before you go because they have a huge selection! They are the best!!!

I went in today and had one of the worst experiences I have had in a while. I was looking at a certain gold chain and wanted to see myself in a mirror and asked for one. I was told one would be brought out and not to move or try to run out. The clerk implied that I had taken a chain after she counted them and acted suspicious of me as if I was a thief. Even though I was being racially profiled, I was still going to buy the necklace but they told me they did not accept credit cards/debit... very poor establishment.

They custom made my blue diamond engaugment ring and they did a fabulous job! I get lots of compliments on it! Great prices Great service and exceptional quality!!

We worked with Mike to build a custom ring. He was great and stayed in touch thru the whole process. I now have a one of a kind ring without hurting my fiancés wallet. My fiancé had her heart set on a beautiful bridal set from Kays. It was around $1,900 for everything. GDI Offered me the exact same set for a fraction of the price BUT they also offered to have a superior ring custom made to match the one at Kays. For the same price I upgraded the diamonds and gold and my ring was appraised at over $3,000! Easily one of my better financial decisions. Highly recommend.
