When we built our home gym the guys at Exercise Unlimited were amazing! They came out to the house for a consultation and offered up some great design ideas. They ordered all the equipment and flooring. The installation crew was efficient and very professional. Most recently we have had the maintenance team over to perform routine maintenance and again they were fantastic. Exercise Unlimited is definitely the best option for any home gym design, accessories, delivery and maintenance!

I couldn’t find anyone to even take the time to consider repairing my treadmill until I called Exercise Unlimited. They were great!! Very nice and professional! But most of all, they got my treadmill working perfectly!

I hired them to move my treadmill from my old house to my new house. I was really extremely happy with their work. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and they had so so much care that no wall or door or anything was damaged. They were really fantastic. I would definitely recommend. I was concerned I had to pay before the move took place but as soon as I paid they called me immediately to schedule the move and everything went as planned. Very reliable.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced! The Owner Danny was very rude when I questioned the price of the equipment that was over 20 years old! He told me to go somewhere else! Walked away from me and went into his office and closed the door! This is no place I would ever go to again! I don’t know if it was because I was Black or Female! His unprofessional behavior and abrupt attitude is not acceptable! I’ve been in the fitness business over 20 years and has never been treated with such disrespect!!

I would stay away from ordering online, I made a mistake of not reviewing the the shipping options before completing an order. I notice that the item I had order was going to be shipped to the store in TN and I live in el Paso, TX and the possible freight option will cost around 50% the cost of the item which was not worth it. . I called right away (2 minutes after placing the order). A very nice lady name liza (i believe) helped me and assured me that it will be fully refunded since I called within 2 minutes.After 72 hours and a few calls I got transfer to the owner where he was really rude and said that i will be charge 25 dollars with the first excuse that I called 48 hrs after, then when I explain the history, he said that still the 25 dlls due to company policies, which I confirmed in his web page and says only 10 dlls only when the item has been order, then 3rd excuse is that he had already receive the item so it was restocking fee, where I already been informed that it will take over 2 weeks to receive it and then ship it., and lastly he said that it was his Paypal cost and was not going to refund it. Which I do know Paypal policies since I do multiple daily transactions.After that Liza call back again 24 hrs after to assured me that she will do everything to refund the 25.00dlls ( I have the voicemail) but then when I called back she said she couldnt do anything.Sorry for the lengthy post but just wanted to give you the facts.Stay away from online purchase from this guys.

Exercise Unlimited was great! They had the best product knowledge, a fully stocked showroom with exceptional products. The service was top-notch and they have the best prices I have found. I tried several pieces of equipment, found exactly what I was looking for and could not be more pleased with my treadmill.

My wife and I were in the market for a new treadmill. We visited Exercise Unlimiteds store and was very impressed. The selection of products and the level of customer service was outstanding. It is rare to find good customer service in the Memphis area these days, but the folks at Exercise Unlimited definitely know how to treat the customer. They helped us find the right treadmill for our needs. Their delivery and setup service was very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were highly recommend to us by a co-worker, and we highly recommend them to anybody looking for fitness equipment.

Great experience. Downsizing and had a lot of high end equipment that was not going with us on the move. Called and spoke with Danny. We discussed what I had and within a few minutes had agreed on a price that I felt was fair. The crew that picked up the equipment was courtesy and professional. They knew what they were doing, broke the devices down and were gone within a short time and I had a check.

We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate incident. We were not able to get the specific bike the customer ordered. We did try and keep in contact with them and offer a different bike with free shipping or a refund. Customer WAS refunded money on 12/31/14. This incident does not honestly reflect how we do business here at Exercise Unlimited

Horrible Experience. Ordered a product from their website that was listed as in stock two weeks before Christmas. Received a order completion email. Product had still not arrived 8 days later. Called their number, was told someone would call me back. No one did. Called back again, was told that they didnt even have the product, but that they could order one, and charge me several hundred dollars to ship it, even though their website listed new products as being shipped free of charge. I explained this to them, and they said they would call back...again no call back that day. I call again the next day, am told they will be getting one in, which they will ship free of charge by the next week, wednesday. I wait, with no order email sent to my email. I call back on wednesday, the day the item is supposed to be shipped. It is now 6 days after Christmas....I am told they cant get the product, and want to just refund me my money. It has now been 17 days since I originally ordered, and I have had to call repeatedly to get information. I believe they would have simply kept my money had I not called. While apologetic, at no time did they live up to their promises. I am now waiting on the refund, and I recommend that you choose a different business with which to place your trust.
