I ordered a really nice pocket knife set for my husbands birthday. However the engraving on the box was no where to be found the first time and the engravings on the pocket knifes were coming off. I called in and had them re-delivered with the proper engraving and when the arrived the engravings on the pocket knifes were all over the place and the return label for the first package was no where to be found. Their customer service people are great and fast but the delivery and handling of my order was very disappointing.

Management should be ashamed for having only 1 employee in the building! Pandemic and profit margins considered this is still a bad customer service choice. Ive been here 30 mins waiting on my turn to be helped.

Really great store, beautiful items for any occasion that you can have monogrammed, for babies up to adults, graduates, and retirees. There is also beautiful jewelry, inexpensive charm bracelets, jewelry boxes ots endless! Staff was super nice and helpful!

Got a text item was ready. Tge only employee left for lunch left for lunch left a note that said would return at 4:15pm still noone was there several people were waiting for aver 40 minutes.

I ordered online and found out they had one in store. I shopped the Wolfchase store and the service was exceptional. Cant say enough about these two ladies. Only wish I had gotten their names. I ordered a carousel water globe music box. The quality was excellent, the engraving beautiful. Pleasantly surprised when I saw it. Bigger than I had thought and much prettier in person. The horse actually turned as the music played. Cant go wrong with exceptional service and quality product.

The ladies in Things Remembered are very helpful and can help you choose the perfect gift for any occasion. They helped me out tremendously when it came to my cousins graduation. Keep up the good work!

Cool little shop. BUT DONT GET THE MEMBERSHIP. All member discounts sales and points are limited time and it just gives them an excuse to constantly spam your email. Things are a wee bit overpriced as well. Even in the luxury item business.
