We came to Mr Hats as this store was near to Graceland- we had looked it up and were lucky to find it open. We were waited on by Mr W. Drinkard. He knows his business! Hats! He can look at your head - ask you a few questions and you are perfectly fitted for a 🎩 hat. I highly recommend this store to anyone searching for hats who order online and find that the hats don’t fit. Don’t waste your time online and be poorly fitted- go to Mr Hats and see Mr W. Drinkard. He is the best!

This Hat store have some great Hats. But then sold me a panama straw hat without a box and refused to discount the hat or my next purchase knowing these hats require a box for upkeep.

What an AWESOME Experience!I was taking a small vacation with the family in Memphis and this was one of the destination points when we planned the our trip. I am new to the hat world as I have stated balding and need to cover up, I wanted to visit a specialty store that could help me.I was fortunate to have met Mr. Willis today at Mister Hats. When I walked in I told him I needed to be educated on hats and WOW what a great job he did. We tried on several different types, brands, and styles and with each one Mr. Willis was explaining the pros and cons and most importantly which ones made me look better and which ones he told me no way, but at the same time explaining why.He was honest and I truly felt he was educating and assisting me through the process and NOT trying to sell me. This was an ABSOLUTE pleasant and educational experience. If you are new to the hat world make the special trip to visit this place, but plan on spending some time there at least an hour or more. I cannot thank Mr. Willis enough for his professionalism and knowledge he shared with me. I am a customer for life!

Mister hats is simply the best choice for quality service and good hat selections in Memphis. I have been shopping with Mister hats since 2002 when I came in to get a hat for prom. Yesterday when I came by, I was given the same quality experience I come to expect from Mister hats. Greeted with a smile the young lady behind the counter offered to assist me. I was shopping for caps so she showed me both the lesser expensive options and the nicer options. Once I had a cap picked out I wanted to browse a minute and I did so without being bothered. Another salesman said hello but no one tried to oversell me. Sold! Oh and I went with a Wigens duckbill cap, in case you were wondering. Beautiful store, comfortable atmosphere and top notch customer service. Come to Mister hats!

Awesome place, customer service was great. A very large selection of hats and caps for just about every occasion. Dressing up they have it, dressing down they have that too, stepping out with your lady they have that also. Go see for yourself.
