Got in quickly and had a more thorough exam than previous audiology exam. Dr House informed me of all aspects of the hearing aids and different products. She answered all my questions, was extremely nice. Got my hearing aid very quickly. I had several questions at my followup appt and everything was addressed

Courtney Cox has been a real live saver for me. Without her ongoing support, I doubt that I would have ever been able to adjust to my partial hearing loss and the use of hearing aids.She has helped me learn how to care for my hearing aids, adjust them on my iPhone, and even checked my ears for wax and drainage, referring me back to my ENT for follow up care for an ear infection that was affecting my hearing.Dr. Cox has truly been one of the most valuable players on my health care team.

Lori Frederick was awesome. She noticed that I needed an ear cleaning and helped set an appointment with the ENT specialist. She was very kind and professional.

Dr. House has been my audiologist for 5 years. She is very exceptionally good. With her expertise my life has dramatically improved. The atmosphere at Hearing and Balance Centers is low key and charming. One of my hearing aids dies when Dr. House was away and another Dr. stepped right in to give me a temporary hearing aid to tide me over. Five stars is not enough.

They were very nice and made me comfortable as I did all the test with my hearing. When I call reception is very polite and get the message and pass it to the doctor. When I found out that they had a walk in clinic I was so happy. The doctor says what ever problem I may be having to walk in, that was good to know.i thank you all for your care . May The Lord bless. What a great experience. Listen if you want to hear better, you better give Hearing & Balance Centers of West Tennessee a Call. Everyone is so kind and patient. Above all they deliver better results. I hear great and love my hearing aids and they work great with my iPhone for hands free calling, music and podcasts etc. I even have settings for Car, Restaurants and people who like to whisper. Shhhh did you hear that? If not, call for an appointment today. Claire Horn Is great so get on the horn and call today.

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. DR Kate Tackett has been my doctor since I 1st started wearing hearing aids. She has been a big help to me. I would recommend her. All of the doctors in the practice at both their Memphis and Jackson, TN offices are well trained and great to work with.
