I will NEVER order from here again. beforehand, I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on a specific day (the anniversary of my friends death). all day long, I waited and waited...no delivery confirmation. I called the 1-800 number several times and was told that my order was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8 p.m. 8p.m. comes and goes, still no delivery. This time, I called and spoke to a representative who told me that the local florist wont have my bouquet ready for another week! I was outraged...I wanted these flowers delivered on a particular day for sentimental reasons. On top of that, no one from 1-800-Flowers or the local florist reached out to inform me of this change. The representative said they left me a voice message...that is an absolute UNTRUTH. I have no voice mail messages from them. The customer service and the overall business was poor at best. I would not recommend doing business with them.
Worse company to order flowers. They need a negative one. I have had two bad encounter with them delivering flowers. My most recent one was the worst. I made an order they took take my money, the day that my order was to be delivered it didn’t show. When I called they explain that the flowers i ordered was not in stocked and that it could be delivered that following Saturday which again it wasn’t. I called back they said I can get a 20% refund back and a choice of another bouquet. No ma’am give me my 100 % refund back and expect no more business from me. My money was never refunded. I had to call back constantly. This place need to be shut down. Scammers they are. I recommend going to Kroger’s for your flowers
I received mothers day flowers about two hours ago and they are totally wilted. I would love to attach a picture to show just how badly they look. My husband has been reaching out to them unsuccessfully for the last hour. I would not recommend using them for any occasion.
Watch out for their click bite. They will trick you into signing up with their membership and charge you regularly for it. Be careful. Stay away from them.
Horrible customer service. Didn’t deliver funeral flowers as requested. We then called customer service ( a joke) and couldn’t get anyone who actually spoke anything resembling English.

My order was placed on the ninth of February and scheduled for Friday the 12th. It never arrived. I have had to call some call center in Pakistan that assured me I would be refunded the amount I paid extra to insure my delivery on the 12..., a month from now. Unacceptable. Avoid this business. I would have given zero stars if allowed.
Ordered flowers for my 30th anniversary. Not only did they charge my account twice; they then told me that they couldnt complete the order and it would be up to 7 days before they could refund my money($320). They should call them 1800burglars caused I got robbed! I only gave them 1 star because google wont let me give them 0!
I ordered flowers for a funeral and they didn’t deliver them until a week later. If they can’t get them there by a certain date, they should tell you that when ordering. I would have ordered from somewhere else if they had given an accurate estimate on delivery.
Placed order on 5th for delivery on the 7th. They called to say it would have to be done on the 6th...ok....no delivery called said they couldnt find anyone to do it and said it would be done on the 7th now. Again nothing no delivery I called them late on the 7th and they promised me it would be dont by 330 on the 8th......no delivery cannot tell me what florist was supposed to do it. Gave me a run around offering other items then $5 off 10$ off even 15$ off said 1to 4 days to post a refund. We will see....I guarantee I will never use them or recommend them to anybody ever.....absolutely nothing can excuse this. I suggest call local shops avoid this middle man bs.
I should’ve looked at the reviews first! I’ll admit I was wrong for ordering Valentine’s Day flowers on February 11th, but there was a tab on the site that said specific flowers could still be delivered by Valentine’s Day so I chose one of those. They called me shortly after I placed my order and said they had to send a different bouquet and that it would be delivered on the 16th. That was fine. The 16th came and went and no flowers came. I checked my email to see an email that said to call them. So I called them and they said they had to change the bouquet again and that it would be delivered on the 22nd. Hopefully they come by then.
Ordered flowers for my fathers funeral. Flowers were beautiful and arrived at the right time. However, for some reason I was charged twice for one order. My bank account was down $157 for a week until the duplicate charge was taken away. Kind of annoying but other than that I’m pleased with the service.

The worst. A large arraignment. Got a small. Not even close to the arraignment I ordered. Was supposed to have 12 white roses. Got 3. Called the florist who did arraignment and was told they were paid $49 fir an arraignment I paid $82 for. She said they could never do the arraignment at that price. This place is a scam.
