Easy drop yard with tons of room to maneuver. Layout is perfect. Dirt lot but the ground is solid and not mushy. So don’t step out with your best shoes on lol. Highly recommended.

It’s a truck and trailer parking garage so I expect the dust, but when it rains I can’t stand the mud… I always find a parking spot to park… Even better, I can drive and leave my car if I wanted… The guards at the shack is pretty down to earth as well….
