I went to Pioneer Brite for maintenance service for my carpet cleaning truck-mount. I had gotten a call from Scott about their detergent when he casually mentioned they work on truck-mounts as well. Prior to his call I had been trying to get a pump replaced for months, and this new information was music to my ears.As any cleaner in Memphis knows, working with a certain other vendor for maintenance service is like pulling teeth with one hand, while nailing jello to a tree with the other hand, and simultaneously herding cats with a flute youve never played before.The team at Pioneer Brite is exactly the opposite. They (everyone there) exude professionalism and their customer service is amazing! During recent first visits, their positive attitude and atmosphere caused me to feel so well taken care of, that I would almost be willing to hand them a blank check every time I need service. They provided me with the level of service that I strive to provide to my own customers.And strive they did! Major repairs dont always go smoothly, as anyone knows. When the completion timeline for my project needed to be extended, they called (yes! communication! I couldnt believe it either!) and offered the option to button things back up into functional order and reschedule the major part swap for another day. This helped me stick to my already scheduled cleanings, very important for me. We re-set for a later date, I scheduled another day off (and more insurance health screenings) and this time the work was completed all in one day. Perfect!Pioneer Brites equipment service was the answer to my major long-term problem. I hope they like me as much as I do them, because I will go back for all of my service, and they have their own line of chemicals.
