My post originally showed 1 star by accident. If you read my review, you will see it was meant to be a 5 star review, not a 1. I would recommend altimate for purchasing and have.

My wife and I were looking for a utv that was reasonably priced and would handle light to medium riding. We bought a new hisun sector. Mark was very thorough in explaining its operation. He even made a special trip to his shop on a Saturday so we could pick up the utv. Overall a very good buying experience.

Called to check on inventory of a universal exhaust hanger strap and reached the rudest person Ive dealt with in a long time. I dont have them and Ive never even seen one as he interrupted me trying to explain what they look like.Thanks for your stellar customer service. Good thing motorcycle parts stores arent in short supply up here.Edit- To add on after I wrote this review, this guy proceeded to call me repeatedly after I hung up. So, not just rude, but crazy as well.

I went to Altimate motorsports to make a purchase . I felt very comfortable.. during covidI’ve been skeptical about shopping and the owner made me feel safe and rolled out the ATV Answered all my questions and was courteous. I ended up buying it and couldn’t be happier!I would highly recommend Altimate Motorsports

I drove almost an hour to come look at and hopefully purchase a kids atv on a Thursday morning at 10:00. On Facebook and on his website it says he is open 9-5. So I called the number on the door when I was surprised it was locked up! he said that hes only one guy and cant be everywhere at once!! after explaining that I was frustrated that he was not open when he has it posted on numerous internet pages. We went to Hexco motorsports and was greeted with awesome service and purchased a Kayo atv from them!

The man who answered the phone today was rude, and not helpful. I called asking for a chain for a 2002 Honda CR250R. He said we don’t carry Honda parts and hung up the phone. After calling almost every company in the Fox Valley and Green Bay Area that carried chains, I dreaded to call them back. Instead of asking for a Honda part I just asked for a 520x114 chain he said NO then Hung up!There is so much competition out there nowadays work on your customer service buddy or you will go down so fast. I wish I could give you negative stars you don’t even deserve the one that it allows me.Then he writes this...First off just cause you cant find a chain for a Honda is not my fault. I am not a honda dealer or even have access to their parts. Im sure I told you to call Ken sports the honda dealer in the area. Im really not sure what you want from us or how long I should stay on the phone with you if we dont sell the part. Im sure you said ok the and thats why I hung up. I dont just hang up on people. Sorry you feel that way. I would suggest in the future if your looking for a honda part call the honda dealers. Not call up random places and then write hasty reviews cause they dont have your part. Hope you have a better weekend and find the part you are looking for.FIRST OF ALL SIR! I was not looking for a HONDA chain, I was looking for a chain to put on a HONDA!!! Again, word of advice work on your customer service... Your reviews prove theres something going on over there. Maybe its your poor and immature attitude!

Mark was very helpful we were in the area for the 4th of July weekend. The starter on my kids go kart went out the same day we arrived. Not only did he have a starter but he also met us so we could get it from him. I highly recommend doing business with him.

I highly recommend Altimate Motorsports. I came to Mark pretty last minute wanting to buy two vehicles for my kids for Christmas. He politely educated me on why what I originally wanted to do was a bad idea and made an alternate suggestion. I went back home, not sure what to think. But after doing my homework I realized Mark was absolutely correct. By the time I had done the research though and made up my mind to purchase, the UTV’s he recommended were no longer available. I think he was just a bummed as I was and I was impressed with how determined he was to find these two UTV’s for us. He made a lot of phone calls and found two more in Texas. He then made special arrangements to find a shipper at a reasonable price that could get them to WI in time for Christmas. We actually celebrated Christmas two days late due to my wife’s work schedule, so Mark stealthfully delivered them to our house an hour away on “our” Christmas Day as part of our surprise plan for the kids. He then helped show them the ins and outs and was extremely detailed with them. Just the same as he was with me in his shop running through the details of the UTV’s with me on Dec, 23rd.If I was in his shoes I don’t think I would have been as gracious with my time and as helpful finding exactly what I wanted. I was a very tough sell and a time suck for sure. But I never felt like I was a nuisance, in fact he went out of the way to be helpful. Very soon it’ll be dads turn to get a UTV, and I’ll definitely be working with Mark at Altimate Motorsports.

My Friend and I both bought a 2016 X2. As far as the machine goes I have 250 Miles and my friend 125 Miles, we had issues with our windshield pushing inward on top. Took out windshield sanded outer top of windshield then drilled small hole through lower rubber edge and put zip tie to hold windshield close roll cage (this solved our problem). Did some modification on them both (stereos,speakers and back shield. Overall we are satisfied with machine and price 4 STARS.As far as service I rate it at 2 STARS Mark is a nice guy but is ill informed on what should be done on first service the book states valve check should be done. When I told mark that;he stated that was incorrect and all they do is oil change and check bolts and fluids. For the above reason I will not recommend getting your service done at Altimate

I’ve made two purchases from Mark at Altimate Motorsports, a110cc SSR and 125cc SSR Pit Bike. Both transactions were top notch. Bikes were assembled and tested before purchase. Mark is a good guy and I would not hesitate recommending Altimate Motorsports. A+

Bought a chinese 50 expecting the quality to not be so great right away, but the assembly of the thing is what angered me most. 75 percent of the hardware on the bike were loose. Children ride these bikes and should be thought of. Anyone planning on buying a ssr 50 expect to change the plug and wire with a better quality one bike never ran untill i change them. Took the stock plug wire off and a make shift spring that was stabbed into the boot fell right out.

Regularly posts on the by owner section of craigslist when theres a specific section for dealers, and thats what they are. Annoying, dishonest, and rude. Would never do business with these people.
