Guys are ok. Have had good customer service. One in particular was a female. Was awesome she knew her stuff. Was telling the guy all information. Part could be in by tomorrow. Prefer in a HR.Some parts are more expensive.

This was my first time ever going to an auto zone and I will not be going back. Just went there to get the code read for my car and all the guy did was give a very bad explication of what I need to do. On top of me already being nervous to go into the store to ask for help, this did not help what so ever. The dude there was also very rude. One lady was nice and offered to explain it to me but I couldn’t overlook the very poor customer service I got the first time I went in. Overall was not impressed and will from now on be taking my business else where.

AMAZING!!! And ABSOLUTELY Affordable for very high quality items!!! This is now my to go place if I ever need anything for my car.I went there one day to buy some coolant and only less than 10 dollars! Also this guy recommended me this product that helps clean your fuel and make your car better! He was not wrong! My car runs so much better and starts up nicely! Id definitely recommend this place

After years of being a faithful AutoZone customer I just had my last action with them. I was just treated with disgust & distain for trying to return a month old sun screen that had broken & was useless. I have the a 4 yr old one for my other car that is fine so the new one was defective. I was treated with disgust & distain for trying to return it. I am done with AutoZone.

My son bought his first car and we are here weekly now. They recognize us 😆 Thanks to all the staff for always being helpful as my son learns about cars!

I just bought a car jack like 30 minutes ago. When I purchased it no manager told me that I could not return it if it is not working. I went back to switch to a better one then the manager Emily told me they do not do rent out. I bought a defective product in the store and she refused to exchange it. All she said is that we do not do rent out while I purchased it.

Jackass at the counter thought he would just keep making same joke that the country music on the radio was the issue. Next time Ill take my money elsewhere.

They were there for us when we forgot our scanner when we were looking at a used car (that had a check engine light). So glad they have this service!

I asked for something and was directed to the opposite of what I wanted. When I called back a different employee informed me that I could not get what I was asking for for my car.

Andrew was fantastic. Needed to get my headlight replaced. Turned out that the headlight had just wiggled loose. Andrew went above and beyond and helped me with the quick fix even though it would not end in a sale. Will 100% be going back to this location for any needs that may arise. Strongly recommend.

My car died in a parking lot and tried to jump it. Nothing was working and I was ready to take the battery out. I went to Auto Zone to get some tools and advice. They were so helpful and nice. They even suggested I try one more thing before fully removing the battery. It worked. I brought my car to Auto Zone and they tested the battery and alternator for free. They saved me $100s because I didn’t have to get a tow truck and it was an easy fix. I am so grateful for their help and I will go to them for every car question here on out!

Yesterday we took my moms van to get some advice on the coolant part. There was a new manager there that was VERY helpful VERY professional, VERY understanding and overall just amazing. However the part time manager Emily who is VERY unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. Makes this experience horrible There has been numerous occasions where I need help and she is the only one available, she tells me to wait and walks away.

They didnt try to sell me any unnecessary stuff. The helped me narrow down my problem and ordered the part for me with free next day delivery to the store. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help if they can.

Today I went in to buy a headlight. Ive never done this before and while its a simple part, I was a little intimidated about going in...not mention a bit worried as to how I was going to get this new head light in.I was quickly helped by the Manager. He not only got me the headlight, he put it in for me! He was kind, quick and didnt make me feel out of place. The reason they have my loyalty for car items is the consistency of the customer service, the quality of help they offer, and the inventory selection. If they dont have it, they offer to get it. Good price match programme along with recommendations for import vehicles. Every since I have owned a car, I shop there and will continue to do so because they excel at their mission statement and hold true to their word.

Convenient and a friendly and helpful staff. Be careful of prices when looking for products, you most likely can do better elsewhere. As far as repair parts are concerned they usually have a lot of stuff in stock and prices are fairly decent priced but you may be able to do better online if you know what youre looking for.

Great help and very knowledgeable in their field. They show you where the product is that you are looking for; help you figure out what could be wrong with your vehicle; and have a machine that checks the computer in the car to see what is wrong. Autozone is clean and well organized. Great location for me. If I had to say what their downfalls are, it would be that they need another station for helping people, and a person that their only job is a cashier.

Very Helpful and Friendly. The manager Henry was so cool, he even dropped the part off on his way home from work.

I came in to the location, trying to learn more about my vehicle and empower myself and become more self sufficient in this area. My boyfriend gave me some basic instructions and remained in the car with my daughter while I went inside my side to purchase some new wiper blades. I explained that he was waiting outside with her and if they were the wrong ones if I could exchange them. I was then told that if he was going to be that picky he needed to come in himself that he wasn’t going to sell them to me just to maybe have them exchanged 3 mins later. So I walked out to my car handed him my card and explained that he refused to sell them to me since I wasn’t competent in what I wanted. People wonder why so many woman struggle with vehicle knowledge, not all but many. I shouldn’t go in trying to learn to be treated like this. This mans name tag said manager on it as well, what kind of manager would treat someone like that. After they were purchased a different manager came out to install them, and never mentioned anything no apology nothing for the way I was talked to. Absolutely unexceptionable, I will not be returning to this store ever, I want to go somewhere where I can be treated like a decent person.

Theres always the part I need in stock, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the guy behind the register actually took the time out to come out to my car in the parking lot look at it and tell me what the fuse boxes located, thats what I consider good service
