Walgreens Pharmacy is awesome. They send you a notice when a prescription needs a refill and then call your doctor for the refill once you respond RENEW to their text message. Thats above and beyond if you ask me.

Often out of things, they have room for alcohol but less for drug store stuff.

Horrible customer service. Beyond rude staff. Also false advertising. Would not honor the ADVERTISED price of buy one get one 50% off Benadryl. Only would sell me one box then blamed corporate. When I called corporate they said they had no idea why they would not sell me the two boxes. Staff went above and beyond to be rude and degrading. Will not be returning.

Havent seen the regular staff for awhile? Ronnie? Lately this location is extremely rude with poor customer service. Youll get a lot further with a smile and helping your customers.

Nice place to make a quick stop for a few items. Everything is easily located and the staff are helpful. It lacks a personal feel but is an otherwise friendly place.

What happened to Walgreens Menasha? The staff has been replaced by incompetent, uneducated, arrogant and rude staff. Unacceptable! Will change locations so Kim and Molly can be rude to other customers.

They should mention how they close at 6 pm on weekends they do not stay open till 10

Consistent service, staff and selection, may enounter a long line once in awhile.

Channing waited on us, did not say a word to us beside the total price. Looked at us like we were rude for bothering him. Left our six items and the reciept in a pile on the counter and just stared at us waiting for us to pick it all up and leave. We politely asked for a bag, he huffed and pushed it all off the counter into the bag and handed it over, still refusing to speak. If i could give zero stars I would. It saddens me to think that he could possibly be interacting with elderly or disabled customers needing help with medicines or other aid items

Ive always gotten great service from the pharmacists.
