I love my garden window!Feldco has done a great job, and customer service has been top notch. Ive had a couple questions since weve had the window, and Feldco has been extremely helpful in answering questions and helping me know how to care for this window.So glad I decided to go to Feldco!

Feldco was great to work with and the installation went smooth. Even when they ran into issues with the picture window not being level due to our brickwork, they took the window back out and started again. This is our second time going through them and will be back in the future when we finish our last three windows. The windows even arrived much sooner then expected with all the current delays World wise.

We had windows installed in October 2018 and were referred by our friend. We had a nice experience with Feldco so we referred my father to get windows installed. He had two separate installments late 2020 and again March/April 2021. Our friend has never been given any referral payment nor has anyone reached out on my referral payment for referring my father. In the last 3 1/2 weeks I’ve called 3 times and they have documentations of every conversations and have been told they would have Sales call me but as of today no phone call. This is very frustrating and I wish someone would call me back.

Everyone was super awesome about the whole process from sales to the installer. The windows were amazingly priced, looked great and we could tell the difference in our house retaining heat this winter! I would recommend.

Brett in sales in my favorite!! He makes the process so painless, provides the correct information, answers questions. The install process was amazing, we had a little hiccup but the issues were quickly addressed and corrected. We could even request the install company we had the 2nd time because honestly they were outstanding too. Will be a Feldco customer as long as we have projects.

We have used Feldco .twice for windows and patio doors. We love our windows and the patio doors are beautiful. Customer service is outstanding. Followup 1-10, a 10 and service 1-10., a 10. Would not go anywhere else for windows or doors

Feldco did an excellent job on our front door replacement from start to finish. The sales rep was patient with all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and kept me informed throughout the process. The installation team was courteous and efficient. They took extra care to ensure that everything was picked up when they were finished and had the project finished in one morning. Before and after pictures are below!

A very pleasant experience. Everyone was very helpful and professional from the beginning sales person to the window installers. The installers were neat in their work and kept at the job until it was finished. When finished with the installation, they took the time to explain details about the workings of the windows, made sure we were satisfied with the installation, and cleaned up everything. If only I could give a negative star review. To anyone who is looking for work done on their house, I beg you to go anywhere but here. It will save you a lot of time and money.

Called to just get a general price quote on 2 doors and the customer service over the phone was awful! The saleswoman refuse to connect me with anyone until they schedule someone to come to my home to give me sale pitches in an attempt to upsell me to something I dont need. Its not impossible or rocket science to give someone measurements of a door and get a ballpark figure for replacement. Why would I have someone come to my house in the middle of a Pandemic to only tell me what could be communicated over the phone? All these people want is to sell you the most expensive door possible. Seek other options if looking for door replacement...plenty of other local options.

We are so happy with our windows. Last year we replaced 20 windows. The whole experience was amazing. Looking forward to get our siding done this summer through feldco!!!

Poor communication. Called this morning at 10am to see if there was anyway we could a. see the showroom for ideas for our projects and b. if we required an appointment to do so-because that is what it said online. The individual on the phone said that the Menasha showroom is open until 2pm and no appointment was necessary. Great. We got there just after noon to a locked store. Called back and explained the situation. This individual said that we need an appointment Monday-Friday, but we had to have an appointment. Explained again that we called that morning for that exact reason, to set up an appointment, and were told to just come before 2pm. Waste of a trip, waste of time. Will be looking elsewhere for our remodel.

False advertisement on booking online. it says you will get a $100 off, but you really dont. its part of the go green deal they give you when you purchase with them right away. It should have been an additional $100 off and not part of the go green deal! Not happy but what can you do, its already a done deal I guess.After this review was posted, a rep called out to me and resolved this issue right away. I was credited on my purchase for booking online Awesome customer service! Im a happy customer now. Thank you.

Two replacement windows, a big new bump-out kitchen window, and a new storm door were all very high quality with 2 exceptions. One winding handle on the bump-out window was not the same style as the other 3 winding handles. More importantly, the storm door does not latch when it closes, so we cant lock it. The lock receiver in the door frame does not line up with the lock bolt by approximately 1/2.

The floor sales person answered my call. I asked for a range of prices and let them know they could cancel my appt. He simply hung up on me. I ALSO had a friend looking for similar options next door. They will now not get either of our business. SO unprofessional!

Today we had our new front door installed by Adam & Jake...they were super terrific...just nice friendly happy guys! The door is absolutely beautiful! And they left no mess...it was a perfect experience.

Feldco is so awesome they gave us a 5-7 lead time but they finished them in 2 weeks (we were not ready for them yet). They worked with our schedule and was able to push it our 2 1/2 more weeks for the installation. The installation crew was very easy to work with and asked questions before they installed.

Best outcome! Originally, back in July 2020, I had 5 windows replace existing very old windows on my porch. I thought it looked great on completion but came to find out later, when trying to lock the windows, that none would lock because they werent square in their openings. I called FELDCO to let them know the problem, and they immediately sent out a technician (Shane). He took a look, some pictures and measurements, and told me the problem would be presented at their weekly meeting the next day. To FELDCOs credit, they concluded that the installation needed to be corrected even knowing that my entire porch was probably not square to begin with (my house was built in 1904). They ordered new slightly smaller windows on their dime, and last week I had new installers (Brandon and Richie) place the windows, also on their dime. Brandon and Richies work was meticulous, and the end result is impeccable. All the windows glide easily and now lock! I take my hat off to FELDCO for their high degree of ethic surrounding this issue. They could easily have told me my porch integrity was my problem and walked away...........but they didnt. I would highly recommend FELDCO to anyone looking for windows, new or replacement. They are second to none.

I had 4 windows replaced in my living room and kitchen. Everything went so smoothly, from the initial contact and in home estimate to the installation. The nicest people you want to meet. The price was reasonable and I took advantage of the buy one, get one free sale. My windows are gorgeous. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with work done on my home. I highly recommend Feldco.

Not sure why Feldco has so many good reviews, maybe they were just trying to hussle us? Had someone come over for a storm window replacement quote. They quoted us $500 PER WINDOW. Not for the full window replacement, just to replace the flimsy outside storm windows... They wasted an hour and half of my wifes time (while she was trying to watch our two active boys) and made her talk to a manager about pricing after she said no... I expected a fair quote (around $100 per window) but ended up getting a used car salesman pitch. Would not recommend.

Feldco was easy to work with, great communication, and wonderful customer service. I had 17 windows replaced and you wouldnt have know anyone was even in my house because they left it spotless. Ive had a few small issues with my windows and when I called they sent someone out immediately to remedy the issue. Easy to clean windows that look great!

I had 19 windows replaced and we are very delighted with the product and the fast install. They installed 19 windows in 4hrs with six highly trained installers. The sales man answered all our questions and the price quoted was the price we paid. We also too advantage of the free one year financing and love the new windows. Our windows were not easy to install, they had problems with every window. The old windows were not installed correctly... but the 2 guys that were installing got the job done in time and fixed anything that needed to be fixed. They communicated very well and the windows look amazing!!

We are so happy with Feldco and our new windows. From start (sales pitch) to finish (install) it was excellent. They took their time, answered all of our questions, and ensured we had everything we needed. We needed extra work done in one of our bathrooms to remove an old brick/cube window and we put in a new sliding window. It took a lot of work but it looks AMAZING. They went above and beyond and it looks great. I would highly recommend. We will be back for future products.

My new windows really added to the beauty of my home. They are also very efficient. I am noticing savings to my gas / electricity bills already! Because they are side sliders, they are so easy to open and close even though I have furniture in front of some of them.

Sales staff was very pleasant and professional. We bought new windows and siding. Prices were a little above others but dont mind paying for a quality product. Still waiting for the siding to be installed. I do think that 9 months lead time is a little excessive to wait for the job to be completed. Especially for a large company like Feldco.

We are very happy with the quality and operation of the Feldco awning windows that were put in our basement. The installation crew did an excellent job also.We were so pleased with the quality, operation, and installation crew on our first (2) Feldco awning windows, that within a week we had ordered (2) more of the windows. Now our basement will be much warmer in the winter, and we can open the widows in the summer for a nice breeze.

Feldco seems to have a pretty decent thing going. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. While you might pay slightly more than some of their competitors, the hassle is drastically less AND they have a killer warranty on their windows. In the end, the peace of mind knowing the are going to show up on time, do a good job, and back up their product and installation, is worth the cost to me.

I cant say enough about how great of an experience I had with Feldco! Justin and his team were quick to respond, professional, polite and all around great people. My Experience with Feldco was A+ right from the start. From the salesperson who came to my house......to the measurement representative.....to the installer. I couldnt be happier. I was concerned....because part of my house has a flat rubber roof and I was worried about punctures. The installer put down a heavy canvass....then laid some kind of ladder down and was able to walk on the rungs...therefore keeping my roof in great shape. The sales person that came to my house to give me a quote on having a patio door installed was great. He did a great job of explaining all benefits and taking time to show the differences in options and the benefits of a Feldco door. To be honest the sales person was the reason I went with them instead of a local place right down the road that just didnt want to take the time to help me.

We had gotten a couple windows done and had a wonderful experience with Feldco. The rep came to our house and took the time to explain everything and was very upfront with how much and soon after they were installed. Everything went smoothly, there were no surprises and the windows are awesome! The blinds would move from the wind blowing on our last windows but now the cold stays out. We even got some helpful information from the installers about the trim around the windows outside the house. The other window company we used wouldnt have volunteered that information. Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable.When we are ready to do our second level of windows we will be using Feldco again.

Mark and Rich were the two that installed my windows and you can tell they have been doing it for a while! They also explained what they were doing while they installed my windows! I had my framer cut in a new opening in my house which was a little off and Mark and Rich went above and beyond to fix it before installing the window!! The young man who came to install my new windows was experienced and thorough. The job was finished within its time frame. The only downside was the fact that I wasnt instructed in how to clean the casement window. There was no instruction paperwork provided for care of all my windows.

We bought 2 doors from Feldo - one exterior to the sun porch, and one interior leading from sun porch to the interior of our home. Our home is not standard; was built in 1937 by a concrete block maker. So of course the door installation did not go as easily, smoothly, or quickly as Feldco had anticipated. They were here for way longer than estimated, but they did what they needed to do to get everything to fit properly and look nice. The quality of the doors is great and the installers were courteous and professional, despite the obstacles they encountered (I only heard swearing once). I would definitely recommend them.

Great windows and the installer knew what he was doing. The only small issue is we have had to get some adjustments because a couple were hard to open. Would purchase again.

Quoted 4x going rate for siding, high pressure sales tactics that includes a $2,000 upcharge if the salesperson has to leave and come back. Estimate written up with no itemization. Claimed things like stock shutters needed to be custom made and take seven weeks. Felt like a timeshare scam.

So Im very happy now that my Windows are working properly thanks to my installer Mr. Wenzel and Justin the GM I wish that this is where the review could end however this is after nearly 6 months of dealing with sub par Windows and service from Shane. If you get lucky and have a Wenzel install your Windows and the factory produces your frames right you will be just fine however if you have issues and have to deal with Shane on warranty work I hope you enjoy not having your calls being returned in a timely fashion. If this happens get a hold of Justin he will help you out.

We stopped in to the Feldco show room and they were very helpful in explaining how there windows were made and all the different styles to choose from. We got a quote right away then they came over to the house and took measurments . and gave a more specific price quote.Installation was very smooth and they were very friendly and cleaned up after they were finished. excellent experiance I would highly recomend them to everyone.
