Very nice selection for a small market. The person working while we shopped, was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they stocked items that Ive only seen online, but charge the same price as youd pay online. But here you obviously dont have to pay shipping, making it a much better value! They are planning on expanding their product selection. We left with a lot of awesome groceries. Im looking forward to coming back soon!

Fairly new to Keto and it would be nice to have an occasional short cut when I get a little tired of making everything myself. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a good selection of products and they even offered some samples and a little bonus item. I will be back again.

For it being the only keto store around the area it sure is great, one of the most friendly experiences. Im not on keto but they werent judgmental. I was there to pick some stuff up for the wife and wasnt looked down on. Very helpful. Small store but good selection. Pricey but worth it
