Needed a extended thru -hull fitting for my Warrior boat. Nobody had one!!! So they ordered one yesterday and I picked it up today!! Very happy to get my part so I can get back out on Bago tomorrow.😎

Have been trying to get rollers for a trailer for almost a month and they dont answer the phone or call back or allow me to leave a message. Do not recommend

This is best service for the care of various watercraft. Brought a boat here and continue to do so. The work being done is top notch, with knowledgeable staff going above and beyond to help with anything needing repairs from a major overhaul on the engine to the basic summer and winter care of the boat brought in. Summer hours are very busy, but difficult to get hold of during the winter hours posted or mentioned. Best to make sure you call ahead or set up a time and date appointment. No delivery or pick up if the boat, must find a way to haul it to and from this location. Overall a great value of service.

Terrible experience!! If looking for a fair and reasonable place to buy boat parts look elsewhere. I purchased a starter for my 115hp Johnson motor, after replacing the starter my boat still wouldnt start. After getting another replacement starter from a different parts store the motor fired up perfectly. When i wen to Valley Marine and spoke with customer service she yelled at me and told me didnt hook it up correctly. After her huffing and yelling at me she took me to the back area where i spoke with the techs. Both techs apologized for the ladys actions and told me they understood and that it isnt fair i bought a new starter that doesnt work. They stated they needed to talk to the owner and see what could be done to replace it. They told me they bench tested the starter and it did spin. I told them I was able to replicate it and the starter was able to turn the motor over with my plugs out but not with the plugs in. They stated they could bench test it under load but it would take time. When the owner failed to call me back i called the store to find out what they could do for this $120 piece of junk they sold me. The owner stated that the starter turned. I explained to Doug that i was able to get the starter to turn but when under a load and with plugs in it could not turn my motor over. I asked that he test the started under load to confirm it doesnt work and his response was I dont have to confirm it works If you are looking for an honest boat part dealer look elsewhere and buy online at amazon. The brand they sold me was a Sierra Starter and cost on Amazon is $72.EDIT-6/2/20- After my review Valley Marine did agree to refund my money and claimed I was a bully for arguing for it. I still cant recommend Valley due to lack of customer service and also the ambiguity with their return policy/warranty for items they sell, and not offering paperwork that clearly states their terms. Because they gave a return I gave 2-stars.

Very unprofessional! Took 2 and a half weeks to finally get a response from these folks. Went to get my boat to take somewhere else after no communication what so ever. Once i had the boat it didnt take but a day for her to call me stating i owe them for this that and the other and to bring parts and hardware back them. Went to sort out and pay my bill and they were still rude and unprofessional. Wanted to argue and get snippy. Plus a bunch or damage to my boat that they obviously denied.

I needed my Motorguide trolling motor looked at under warranty and they were quick to assist and very friendly. They are also the only Motorguide dealer who will do true warranty work within 100 miles of Green Bay and Im glad they are the ones that do it.

Great service at fair price. Always quick to help fix boat when in a jam.

Do yourself a favor. Get your parts and service some where else.

Dont take your boat here unless you want to be ripped off. I was charged $180 and they did not work to anything other than drain 2 quarts of oil.
