These guys are great to work with, Miles and his team took care of me, I have a 2015 Ducati monster that had an issue with starting, I was recommended to this shop by a friend and I couldn’t be happier, I had concerns about my bike before bringing it here and miles assured me he would look it over to make sure nothing else was wrong. I would recommend this place to anyone, these guys know their stuff, won’t be taking my bike anywhere else but here!

Be cautious with this supplier. Purchased items were described falsely. Also, claimed service work most obviously not performed on the bike I purchased. Extremely slow delivery. Bad communications.

The only place to take your vintage motorcycle in the valley. If you go to Kens or anywhere else they wont have a clue and they will damage your bike and overcharge you for shoddy work. Miles knows his stuff and his prices are fair. Dont be alarmed by the size of his shop. It might be small but you wont be disappointed.

I took my 2008 Ninja here to get tires. I had talked to the owner about what I was looking for in tires and he was very helpful with finding me the best tires for my budget. His prices are by far the best in the area, I saved $240 for both tires installed over other shops. I was skeptical about going to such a small shop, but was very pleasantly surprised by the owners knowledge and friendly attitude. I will definitely be coming back for any of my bike needs and would recommend to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price.

I had an amazing experience at Ultra Motor Source. Super nice staff and very effective turn around. Miles the owner helped me turn my 1975 Honda cb 500 around after I had been working on it for over 3 years. He was as excited to work on my bike as I was to ride it and he was a very knowledgeable mechanic. He has my trust and I plan to go to him in the future.

I have a 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic. I love that bike. Miles is very knowledgeable when it comes to metric cycles. He was actually referred by 3 other bike repair shops. He repaired my speedometer cable, clutch cable, checked all fluids, installed rear tire, and cleaned up a bad wiring job, and took care of a bolt rubbing in the rear tire. The last 2 were my fault. (Bad wire job and aftermarket bags.) Miles is just a very nice man. He is very knowlegable about metric bikes, earning him the nickname The Metric Meistro. His prices are very reasonable. I have never had better customer service. Turn around time is very quick. He also sells and restores older metric motorcycles. When he replaced a rear tire for me, it initially came in as the wrong size, he sold me a more expensive tire of a different brand for the same price. I look forward to doing business with him again. He is worth a lot more than just 5 starsThanks Miles, see you next time.

Miles, the owner and chief mechanic, is one of the most personable, knowledgeable and honest people you will ever meet. It is the only place I would ever take my motorcycle for repair.

Shop got a lot of work done on my bike in a short amount of time. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else for the same quality of work.Only giving four stars as I did have a scare with my rear axle nut nearly falling off due to lack of thread lock. I called the shop and they fixed the problem. Could have gone badly.

The shop looks insanely small and when I first pulled up I was hesitant to even take my bike in by the looks alone. I was even more concerned when I walked in and found that they only had one employee working. He had a few other jobs to do so I was pretty concerned about the length of time it would take. Needless to say, he got both my front and rear tire changed out and balanced in about an hour! All of that only cost $120 where as other shops wanted to charge upwards to $300. Then on top of that, I didnt get charged a tire disposal fee because of my military service.

Disappointed!!!..I initially contacted them from an online ad stating vintage bikes welcome. Owner was friendly and was happy to take a look at my bike. I brought him a 32yr old running, riding and near perfect condition bike. It needed some mild carb tuning and a couple of small repairs. The bike was ready in about week. After riding the bike it still needed some additional tuning, the owner tried a few other adjustments with no success, I decided to order some new parts which the owner agreed to install them. I felt he was starting to become impatient with my bike as the technical level was beyond there ability. About 2 months later I brought the bike back(running and ridable) with the new parts. The parts were mostly bolt on but some required addition fitting. After three days the owner called me to come and get my bike, he was very short and frustrated, the skill level to make the changes was above what they are capable of, no problem I understand although this time my running, riding bike came back in pieces, they did not even put the bike back together, the owner didnt even come out of the shop until I was loaded up. So now I have a non running bike, parts in boxes, a dent in the gas tank and cracks and scratches on the fairings. Very disappointed... they might be an option for a simple oil change or maintenance. Would not recommend them for anything else.

Great experience as a first time buyer and the dealer was very helpful. They helped me through when I payed a week late, messed up the payment, and then needed it shipped. They even got me shipping for cheaper than I could find a quote for. A+

Friendly and helpful, Miles has been quick to assist. Ive had everything from tires to carb cleans done with fantastic results. I tend to go through a new (old) bike every year and he has been able to sell and source bikes for a great price. The beauty is that I end up making a bit more than if I sold it myself, and I dont have to deal with tire kickers.Ultra has made it easier to enjoy motorcycling. I would recommend.

This is an off season repair, so will update when I have a chance to actually check out the work which is - duh - crucial.I have a 2005 SV650 which needed (the GSXR) fork seals replaced. I also wanted to upgrade the rear shock. The work cost was reasonable, the shop was fine with me shipping my own parts off the internet (which made the work more reasonable) and the owner seemed passionate about cool motorcycles, which of course is what this is all about.I asked him to go over the MC to see if it needed anything while he had it, and all he came back with was tires, which I had noticed were getting long in the tooth. This makes me think he’s not out to jack people for unnecessary work. He adjusted my head bearing no charge.He trailered the MC back to me (no charge), brought all the old parts, and tools to adjust the handlebars to my specs.Pending actually riding the MC, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.*update*One fork seal leaked after rebuild, owner stood by work, did-over no charge.Recently crashed into a deer, owner super helpful and reasonable getting my bike back on the road. Great experience and recommended without qualification.

While I have not actually been to their storefront, I called looking for some plugs for my bike, unfortunately they didnt have then instock. The gentleman on the phone (cant remember the name) actually took the time to suggets competing businesss that might have them! If I need anything in the future, I will definitely be calling them first.
