They offer after hours service for dealers. But dont count on that. Never returned my call and when they finally did call it was over an hour out.

Dont even bother if you are not a contractor - old furnace parts ARE IMPOSSIBLE to find and these people/Lennex wont even help!

Ive had to come here multiple times to deliver products. It takes over 2 hours every time. Other Lennoxs Ive been to usually get bigger loads and only take 30-45 minutes.
