This is my sixth purchase at mattress firm. I keep going back because they have superior products and very efficient service. My recent experience was no exception — friendly and knowledgeable sales associates who were able to order my mattresses in less than 15 minutes. Great experience overall!

Just purchased a new mattress and couldnt have been happier with the service from Store Manager Jeremy. He greeted us as we came in, welcomed us with all of our questions, and even remembered all of our top choices from weeks ago when we had originally come in. The store is very clean and the employees are professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Colby was great. Low key, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my wifes questions and was honest when he didnt have the exact information. We selected a mattress from Colby after visiting another retailor that didnt impress. We certainly felt in good hands and we like the tryout and return policy, if needed.

Store was empty and had hand sanitizer everywhere. I found the pillow I was looking for but they didnt have it in stock so I have to go back to pick it up

Really appreciated the quality of service from Saif and Colby. Both of them are long standing employees who knew a lot about the products and different levels of pricing and specifics on each brand. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend buying a mattress here!

I went into Mattress Firm today just to look at their sales prices and to test out some beds not really expecting to buy a bed. Saif our sales guy was super informative on these products and gave us a good discount, enought for us to pull the trigger on a new bed. They also picked up our old mattress and hauled it away for free and included free delivery thanks guys. Also the owner gives special donations to foster kids and thats cool too!

Saiv in the Menlo Park store is an honest salesperson. We were pleased that he gave us straight answers without any bs. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience and felt we got a fair deal.

The worst attention ever, the guy opened the store at 10:04 am, didn’t even know what was on sale, he tried to sell a mattres of a very bad quality that was not advertised, he took his time to find out about the offer and he insisted on showing a mattress worth less than $100 dollars when the add said a mattress for 499 Black Friday starting today for 99 dollars.
