They came out under an under deal to clean / maintain the doors. I bought two of them since I have two doors. They replaced the rollers, tightened up the bolts, lubed the garage door opener and chain. I also purchased new springs for one of the doors. They did a great job, and I feel confident in their abilities. Highly recommended.

The spring snapped on our garage door. Called Jefferson Garage Door Services and was not disappointed. They offered a couple of appt. times and each with a 30 min. window. I received a courtesy call that the tech was on his way then received a text with the techs photo and bio along with a tracking for the truck so I could see exactly how far out he was, that’s just awesome. Tech was punctual, courteous, and professional, he explained some different options for the repair. Pricing was fair plus they offered a coupon on the website. The work was completed fast, with no mess. He also did inspection of the rest of the garage plus the motor. First-class service, would definitely recommend them.

Jefferson Garage Door Services were able to come to our home the same day we called. Once there the were able to quickly give us a quote to repair our garage door and let us know that a cable they had replaced last year was fraying and that they would replace it at no cost. Then the tech checked and found out that the broken spring they came to repair was still under warranty so they replaced that at no cost as well.
