I made an appointment online to replace my battery in my phone. I got two confirmation texts and an email confirming this appointment. I showed up at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment, and the doors were locked, and lights out. While I was waiting five other customers showed up. Three of these customers were checking back as they tried to come at 8:00 a.m. and no one was there. I called the Brookfield batteries Plus and that girl was very very helpful she called the person that was supposed to be at the store and she was also checking to see if they had the battery that I needed. She was calling the West Allis store when she got a hold of the boy that was supposed to be in the Menomonee falls store and said he would be there in 15 minutes. So I waited. He showed up around 10:00 - that was fine I just wanted my new battery. I understand with the pandemic help is short and the hours are long and its wearing on everyone. Were all went wrong was the fact that he told me they did not have the battery that I needed even though it was confirmed. I asked how the appointment could be confirmed for that battery if they did not have it in stock. He basically told me he sold it out from under me last night and that someone was supposed to call me. While he was telling me all this he basically spoken a tone as if I was the idiot for being upset about this. I was mad that I could have been on my way to West Allis and probably had the battery replaced by the time that he decided to show up for his scheduled shift. It took me suggesting that he needs to call West Allis to see if they have that battery and have them hold it for me while I drive yet another half hour south. As soon as he confirmed that they had the battery I was out of there. Very very good customer service and helpfulness at the West Allis store! I have a call into the manager to determine just how online appointments are confirmed and to determine if they do check that they have the battery before someone wastes their time going to their store.

Installed a $250 battery in March 2021. Car died in August 2021. Had to be towed because it could not be jumpstarted. Licensed mechanic diagnosed the battery as bad but Baateries Plus would not honor the guarantee unless I halted the repairs, had the car towed to the retail shop, checked, and towed back to the mechanic. Because I was not going to let those jokers install another battery. If you install a bad battery but will only honor the guarantee if I give you another chance? No. Do not get car batteries here.

The sales guy was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable but also knew the limits of his knowledge so did not to pretend to know more than he did. He was very helpful with a substitute product when the one I wanted was not in stock, and reminded me the rebate offer for the out of stock item was still valid for the substitute.

My dad 1st made outreach via the Batteries Plus website after he had searched Amazon and Wal-mart website. Both those sites offer batteries that have no battery name. So its nice to see a reliable brand name. Dad made the purchase online and the batteries were ready for pick-up within 20 minutes. Batteries Plus also took the used batteries as well. Also a big plus. The batteries were already fully charged as well. Great experience for my dad.

NO MASK MANDATE ENFORCEMENT.BEWARE WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT.Went to have watch battery changed and waited while two employees assisted customer not wearing a mask in spite of mask mandate in Wisconsin and sign on door stating masks are required.Then employee tried to change my watch battery and made numerous scratches on back of watch and said she is not able to do it without further scratching.Took my watch to jeweler who changed battery for 1/2 the price of Batteries Plus without scratching!

Took a battery in to have the CCA tested and got some good information. Instead of automatically trying to sell me a new battery, I was given a suggestion to charge my current one and see if this eliminated the problem I was having. Regardless of the outcome, if need be,I will be buying a new battery from this store.

Took time yesterday to go online and schedule a cell phone screen repair. Got to the shop today and the type of screen I needed was not in stock. Sure would have been nice to receive a call earlier in the day as not to waste my time coming into this location. Whats the point of even scheduling an appointment if the tech is not proactively reviewing them. Will not be returning.

When you go to a place called Batteries+Plus, you expect them to know everything about batteries and pretty much have all the most popular batteries for common devices. They didnt have any idea how to open up a nest thermostat and get to the battery. With our assistance, once the Nest was opened, lo and behold! They dont carry the most common lithium battery for generation two and three Nest products. And dont get me started, please, on their lack of consciousness.

The price and service was great and it was a very simple and painless purchase. I will do it again next time a battery is needed.

My mom’s car battery died, the tow company that jumped the car recommended we replace the battery. They recommended a different company. When i called that company, they informed me that the battery required “Professional Installation” and they couldn’t install it. (As an auto company, i would think they are professionals, but i guess not). I called Batteries Plus in Menomoneee Falls and spoke with Nate. He explained there were 3 options that we could buy and was pretty sure they could replace the battery, but that he would have to verify when we got there. We drove up there and Nate came out to look along with his manager (unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the manager). The manager confirmed they could replace it. We decided on the middle priced option. While Nate rang us up, the manager replaced the battery. He was done by time we finished paying. EXCELLENT experience. I HIGHLY recommend them for car battery replacements.

For some reason, Apple said they would not replace my battery on my iPhone 6S, even though I had purchased it new through AT&T and it had never been serviced by anyone. It took the Apple store 2 hours to make this determination. I took my phone to Batteries Plus and they replaced the battery in 10 minutes and said that they did not notice anything inside the phone that was out of the ordinary. The phone may not be able to determine the battery health being the new battery is not an Apple battery. Other than that, I am very pleased with my service from Batteries Plus.

Had the battery replaced on my Nexus 5X phone. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Install was completed 30 minutes sooner than estimated time. I got the $10 off for setting up the appointment online even though they did it on the phone. Great experience.

When I first brought my Granddaughters I Phone in for a repair, I had been told that we should have purchased the warranty for her I Phone when she first broke her screen, so that if she broke it again, it would be covered. I was upset thinking why we hadnt been told that originally. As things can happen, that info. was a bit inaccurate (and who doesnt make slight mistakes) as a brand new warranty with them was not in place as yet. I was very upset thinking we could have purchased the warranty for her, until I was able to speak with the Manager Mike who was able to explain everything to me, and was apologizing so much that I knew that they were really concerned about us having a great experience with them, and also the service they provide us. Its awesome when a Manager asks you how they can better the experience. Well, we brought it back in to finish the fix as a part needed to be ordered, and everything was amazing. The staff is more than helpful, not leaving any question to doubt. Menomonee Falls/Germantown Batteries Plus you ROCK. And when they start that new warranty offer, you can be sure that well take part in it as they have our business from now on.

Very disappointed with this store! Took my moms iPhone6 in for a new charging port. (A nice girl at the at&t store recommended I go to batteries plus. This was on Wednesday July 3, the guy I spoke with was very nice and said they had to order the part and it should be in Friday at 10 or 10:30am and they would call me. Friday afternoon came, no call so I called and spoke with a different guy who said everything was pushed back because of the holiday and now it would not be in until Saturday or Monday! I said you’ll call me and gave my name again and he said yea. (By the tone of his voice I got the feeling he didn’t want to help me and was not going to call. Saturday afternoon came, still no call, the part should of been in my then it was ordered on the 3rd! Thank god I took the phone to batteries plus in Brookfield and they fixed it in the same day!!! Here it is Thursday July 11th, I would still be waiting for their phone call (I just had that feeling and I was right!! You need new management or new employees who are willing to accommodate your customers!!!!

My wife wanted the battery on her iPhone Six-plus replaced. She made an appointment. We arrived early. After working on the phone for about ten minites, the kind gentleman said the new battery was defective and we would have to wait for his boss to return with fresh ones. So we went shopping at the mall directly behind the store. This was the only drawback.We returned an hour later. He pulled us to a new register and checked us out ahead of other customers, which was nice since we had waited that long. I also bought reduced-price, all-weather windshield wipers for another vehicle not with us. If I had that vehicle with us, they would have installed them, labor free.Super friendly. Excellent customer service. Alot of extras (thus the plus in their name). I highly recommend.

Went to purchase a new battery last night. They werent able to test it because the tester was broken and they also couldnt install it last night because no tech was working. My husband told the clerk last night he would be back today to get the new battery and clerk said no problem we can install it for you on Sunday. My husband just got home and no tech available to install the battery today. Im very thankful my husband can install it. What a waste of time. Not like batteries are cheap. Very disappointed. Wont be back.
