I hit a deer and it did extensive damage to the whole front end. They were very professional about every aspect of the repair. Scott was wonderful and gave great updates throughout the repair that everyone could understand. He even gave me a rental car when my insurance maxed out. The vehicle looks great from the new parts all the way down to match paint color. Only could give 5 stars but everyone there deserves way more then that. Will send my car back to them any time it needs body and mechanical work.

Scott was great to work with! He was able to fix and replace some things on my Jeep from a deer accident that another auto body shop in town had (after 3 months of far too much pointless back and forth) told me they were unable to repair. He gave me a realistic timeline and found a replacement hardtop quickly. When he got the hardtop, he realized hed have to repaint it, he completed the paint job quickly and the end result is extremely professional. I highly recommend this local shop, not only as a way to support a local business, but because Scott is very personable, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and the end result of his work speaks for itself.

Scott and his team repaired damage to my Outback. He and his employees were courteous and pleasant to work with. The work was completed on time and of excellent quality. He even had parts expedited to complete the job so that I could leave on a trip; not many places will do this. I certainly recommend this business for top quality auto body repair.

Great to work with.

Several years ago a young man rear ended my husbands Frontier pickup truck. The seemingly simple repair turned into an extensive $12,000 repair! The frame was bent and many parts were replaced - the guys at Superior Auto Body worked long and hard to fix the truck to like new condition. We were impressed and grateful for the hours they spent working on the truck. As a sign of gratitude, my husband prepared a snack tray (cheese, meat and crackers) for the employees. Story done - not quite. My husband passed away this past November from kidney cancer.A few days ago I returned to Superior for some paint chip repairs and a passenger door that was rubbing (minor mailbox mishap!) on my Honda Pilot. Scott happened to ask how my husband was - he had no idea that he had expired. They (wish I could remember the young mans name) expressed their condolences and sent me off in a loaner car. When Scott called to let me know that my car was finished I asked what the repair cost was. To my stunning surprise he said there was no charge and they did it in Mikes honor! I cried all of the way to the body shop - they expressed to me that Mike was one of the good guys - I agree!
