I walked in and 6 different people looked at me or walk by and nobody said anything to me. This happened to me a year prior as well. I have heard good things about this dealership just never been given the opportunity to do any kind of business with them.

Sales does a decent job but the service department is absolutely terrible!!! Charged me $200 to literally torque down a few lose bolt causing some suspension noise. $200 just in labor! They didn’t even put any parts in it.… And then they charged me with a $13.72 “waste disposal”. What exactly did they dispose of when there wasn’t a single part taken off or put onto the vehicle? They just torqued a few bolts!

I had a complete transmission rebuild which was covered under warranty. I was provided a loaner vehicle and the service was excellent. It only has a hundred miles or so on it but it seems to be running perfectly so far. Austin, the service consultant that I dealt with was very helpful and professional. Im very happy with the way the whole transaction was handled.

On June 2nd, I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Keyes. My sales representative was Cody, who was nothing but helpful and very reasonable when talking about price. He was able to accommodate all of my needs when it came down to what I needed to be done in order to buy my new car. He wasn’t overbearing, just extremely cordial, kind, and a joy to be able have bought a vehicle from. Dalton went over the paperwork with us, and I give him an A+++ because somehow he made that enjoyable!! He was probably one of the most kind and welcoming people I have ever met, and seemed very very proud to be a member of the Keyes Chevrolet team. That alone made me trust the Keyes business 100%, he told me they are a family run business, so if I ever need anything, just call! He was very down to earth and honest about everything I asked, no tricky wording or anything! He had an awesome sense of humor and was very understanding and made my experience amazing. Lastly, Shawn is the service manager. Part of my deal was getting the vents fixed on my new car. I live in La Crosse, so he was going far out of his way for me to try to make a time for my car’s service appointment to work around the craziness that comes along with the 4th of July. He was genuinely concerned for me, and I could tell he had a big heart and just wanted the best for me! He even took my car back in the shop right away to see if he could get it done before the end of the day (30 mins before close) so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way up from La Crosse. Bought a 2020 Chevy with 1300 miles on it. Had it 12 hours and the dash lit up with warning lights. Took almost 2 weeks to get it fixed. Service crew did a great job, but the vehicle never Should have been sold like that. Got it back and now more sensor lights lit up. Think I got a lemon

Took my truck in for oil change, air filter and a tire rotation. Driver side tire was rotated but the passenger side was not. If the cant rotate tires right how do I know they changed my oil right or did anything on my truck right. Last time I was in for a oil change i wanted my tires rotated and they forgot. If I wanted a back yard mechanic I would have my son do he would probably have done a better job.

I like that I can drop off my car in the morning and pick up after work. It was appreciated that they washed my car after the oil change.

They dont have time or day for you so dont waste your time . I was waiting for call back on vehicle coming through shop and to my surprise it was sold the day I found out for myself it was now on the lot. I have never been to a car dealership that would turn away a sale I arrived right before closing and was turned away. The guy we delt with assumed I needed a awd vehicle which I never once said had no clue what was what so I was told the first time it was not awd... Did not know who I was when I returned.... after only a week. I work customer service and these people dont have it.

Truck lost its transmission one week after purchase Keyes should offer a one month warranty on all used vehicles regardless of a extended warranty purchase to show it stands behind its vehicles

They did a good job changing my oil, rotating my tires and checking the vehicle over, it gives me great confidence in driving, knowing they did a complete check. The only thing is no car wash, they said I could come back anytime but I live over 20 miles away.

Disappointed that my rear end has been leaking fluid for the last few months but yet the last two times i had the oil changed Keyes said everything was fine when in fact it isnt. Apparently they dont check under the car.
