The service here is outstanding! I thought I had a flat tire with my kids in the car. They took me right away to inflate and check ALL my tires, not just the tire in question. I didn’t have an appointment but they stopped what they were doing to ensure the tires were safe. I appreciated their help when I felt stuck. Thank you!

They did a great job! I would defiantly recommend. We had a nail in our tire. It is a quick repair but we needed it done fast because we had to drive the car a far distance. Every other place was booked for a couple days. Even though NTB was busy they squeezed us in, fixed it in under an hour and charged very fairly. Very thankful for all of that.

I was in about 3 times now and if I could Jason a 10 star rating I would. He was very nice and professional and dealt with my frustration very calmly which is very hard to find.I was frustrated with certain things done by another shop and he listened and gave it 100%.He definitely deserves a raise or and a promotion.

Very disappointed! Had set up appt (online) for an oil change and tire rotation, for 8:30 am. When I got there the 1st gentleman helping said it may be awhile, and asked if I was dropping off. Oil change, tire rotation... I said Id be waiting... Then an older gentleman took my keys, he had to move my vehicle... He then rudely told me I couldnt wait, and it would be several hours!! Oil change and tire rotation. I politely asked for my key back, and left. He tried to explain they already had several vehicles to work before mine. I asked what was the point in making appts, if youre not able to keep appts, he assured me the work would be SOMETIME today.. are you effin kidding me?Needless to say, I wont be returning.

Terrible experience. I bought four new tires here and when I checked to see what pressure they filled my tires to, every tire was filled to a different pressure ranging from 40.5psi to 23.5psi. They are supposed to be filled to 32psi. I am lucky that I checked. This could have seriously damaged my tires. I dont know what kind of operation they are running here, but I will not be returning.

Although I had a appointment and arrived there 10 minutes earlier. They told me to wait 4 hours for a tire change. They did not even give me another option but leaving my car there and stay outside for them to change a tire 4 hours! Are you serious? So as a result I did not even stay there and went to a another shop. They have no professionalism at all.

These guys are the best. Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and Jimmy (multiple Jims so you can make sure you ask for Jimmy) always helps me out. Nice and helpful on the phone. Always does what you ask but gives friendly advice and explains things as well. Drew worked on my car and came out and talked to me about what he saw and what he was going to do. Was courteous, friendly and very intelligent. Especially tonight (10/24) probably the best experience Ive ever had with any and all repair shops Ive ever visited. Theyre currently short staffed now too. These guys are worth your time and money.

Wow... where do I start... my boyfriend and I entered the establishment at 7:43pm as Jason was taking care of 2 customers ahead of us. He was extremely friendly helpful and engaging beyond helpful to them it was pleasant to watch even in our dire situation. Well its our turn next... We were stranded 2 miles up with a bad tire and our spare that was flat... mind you its 8 minutes to closing.... again we are helped with kindness and compassion.. This was just a kind act of an individual that couldve been in a hurry to leave because its the end of your work day.... We were sold more than a tire. He had the same friendly banter.. Thank you Jason for making a hard situation that much easier for u.

A simple tire rotation should be under an hour.Just went back for my rotation that’s included in my original purchase. Yes I was an hour late for my appointment but all of the sudden there was 11 cars ahead of me somehow and it will take 6 hours, maybe more? Salesman said it’s because of online appointments were made and drop it off and come back at the end of the day. Fix your scheduling software. They’re always overbooked or behind and a lift is always down. What happened to busting out the floor jacks and get it done? I’m a contractor and need my truck and can’t find a ride in the middle of the day. I’ve given them repeat business as well. I’ve tried to schedule two or three times and it’s always the same. This time I left because I didn’t want to worry if the guy is mad and will take it out on my truck. When I first bought the tires was fine other than waiting 8 hours to get them installed. Every time it’s “drop it off and come back at 5pm” no matter what you’re having done or the weather.

Changed winter tires to summer tires, oil change and wiper blades installation. Service was lot better than the last time. It took almost 2 hours. They also fixed nail in one of my summer tires free of cost. Jason was helpful offering good options for saving money. Will go back again when its time to change over to winter tires.

First time having my oil changed here. Its been a really long time since I have been here. Friendly staff and got my kids Velosters oil changed as I just cant accommodate the low ground clearance to do myself.

I would not even give them one star if I didn’t have to. They broke our fuel filter intake during an oil change and did not even tell us. The manager Jim was rude when I called to talk to him about it and I keep calling the district manager and all I can get is a voicemail. It cost 900 dollars to fix what they broke. I’ll let y’all know if NTB makes it right, I’ve yet to hear back from the district manager. I will not be taking my car here ever again!

Always professional, they always do their best to get us in ASAP. Jason at NTB works hard at balancing customer needs, phones and details/explanations of what is going on with our vehicle. Its nice to be treated respectfully and know it is a positive environment when we are unfortunate to experience unexpected issues with the car and need some service.

Great service. They were very busy and were able to squeeze us in for an oil change and tire rotation. They also patched a tire that had a screw in it. Just ask for Nick, he is the Service Manager there.

Very helpful and caring.I stopped in to get tires mounted and had them already off the rim ready for new ones. The manager that night Jason told me although he was super packed until closed he would get me in and done. He did just that and even stayed past close to make sure I was all set and got them the same night. Very friendly and professional, he made me feel at home. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Rip off city. Get ready to get taken for every cent possible. Prices are ridiculous. Wasnt offered choices. Just taken for most expensive option. Oh! And it definitely appeared as someone had rifled through my glove box. First and last time customer.

This group of people are excellent. They went the extra mile to discover the problem and then when it was discovered that the dealership would fix it for free they politely put my car back together and charged me nothing. I have used them for many repairs and I have always been pleased with the work and the price.

We had work done on our car a week ago. We paid an enormous amount of money and we were assured that everything would be in working order. Today we have the check engine light on and now there are two new problems and we only had the car back for a week. If they were checking everything out in order to make sure everything is working order, diagnostics definitely should have been done! I will never have work done there again and I will assure to tell everyone I know not to give there business to them. How do you not run the diagnostics and tell us everything is good to go with the vehicle!!?

These guys did a great job of fixing my brake calipers, rotors and pads. I worked with Brad, the service manager, and John was my tech. They were both wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend this NTB, and I will definitely be back! Admittedly, I am not a fan of dramatic reviews because their truthfulness (or lack of) confuses me. I am 100% honest when I say that I have received exemplary service at this NTB! It was great to be able to come out in a pinch and have my vehicle serviced quickly... EVEN ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON! Went in Friday to buy tires, they only had 2 of them in stock. Said they would have the other 2 Saturday. I said I would be back Monday at 3:00 to have the tires installed. Arrived on Monday, was told I didn’t have an appointment and the other 2 tires weren’t delivered. Taking my business elsewhere.

SO frustrated! Back at the end of May I bought 4 brand new tires from Mentors location. The customer service level was beyond exceptional! They bent over backwards to get our business. Talked us into getting the warranty for tires so if anything happened, wed be covered. Well, I booked an 8:30am to get get a tire repaired because I have a nail in it. Well, I get there just before 8:30am and they said it was a 2 hour wait! I said, um, I have an appointment. He said well they are already behind from yesterday still, and again, I have an appointment for 8:30am TODAY...RIGHT NOW!!!!!! I asked what time they opened this morning and they said 7:30am. The guy and then the manager said that people who are getting full service on their tires (aka snow tires) trump my begging need to get a nail out of a tire repaired. If it wasnt for the darn warranty on my tires I would have just patched it myself last night when I found the nail. They suck you into getting full service but when you need them the most...they give you such a hard time and are nothing but jerks about it. I get customer service, its what I do, but this is completely unacceptable! Dont overbook yourself if you cant manage your customers.

Took my car in for NTB to check out some vibration I was feeling at certain speeds after hitting a big old Cleveland pothole. I had just spent a big sum of money on some premium tires a few months prior. It ended up being a dent in my rim. They took care of it so quickly. This place ALWAYS gives me amazing service and they are so responsive. They communicate very effectively also. I would highly recommend this location! I give it 5 stars. Professional, clean, fair pricing, honest estimates, relatively pleasant and spacious lounge area. Plus, squeezed in a walk-in for 1 blown tire despite other cars already scheduled for service at same time--took just over an hour which is more than reasonable, especially considering the other scheduled vehicles and that this included a tire rotation plus balancing of new tires (which on their own can be 45+ minute operations each!).

They are always friendly, helpful, and honest which is why I keep going back!

Guys working front desk constantly trying to pressure you into extra services.Techs who can barely change tires let alone something like brakes. Had pads put on here and had to have it completely redone 2 months later.Sorry but other than getting tires at an average price Id recommend going elsewhere.

The customer service at this location has been nothing short of exemplary. I have taken both of my cars here for new tires and alignments. The work was performed exceptionally and in a timely fashion, even when I keep asking them to mount run flats. I would recommend this NTB to anyone.

I came from Akron to Mentor to shop for a used car, and I needed a mechanic to check the car out before buying it. NTB was able to take the car in right away, and told me they could do the inspection within a couple of hours. They even checked with me whether the car was already certified, to make sure I wasnt wasting my money. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Great place to take your vehicle. Had a noise that was driving me crazy on my car. Took it in on a Sunday and they had it figured out within 2 hrs that the bolt on my shock was loose. Fixed it at no charge. Friendly, courteous staff. Will take my car back again.

They close at 8. I just called to see what time we would need to be there to have 1 tire replaced and I was just told that they take their last customer at 7. How long does it take to close? How long does it take to plug/change ONE tire?Every time I NEED them ( trust me, I dont go anyplace that charges 129.00 to change a serpentine belt unless there is no other choice) they let me down. This was their last chance with us!

I used these idiots to get a puncture fixed. Told to come back at 5 to collect it, only to be told that they tech had gone home and locked his tool box so no-one else could to the repair, and I should come back the next day to collect it. The next day!!!! This was over a year ago, and looking at the reviews nothing has changed. I need 4 new tires for my car now, and for a brief moment considered NTB - a quick visit to these reviews reminded me why I said I would never be back - and I wont.

Brilliant experience. Dropped off my wheel and tire and these guys turned it around in less than 10 minutes. Wholly recommend for any auto work.

Waited for 15min without even a greeting. 1 of 3 service writers was actually helping a customer. The other 2 were gossiping about coworkers. Maybe their service techs are more professional. Maybe Ill go back, but for today... Im spending my money elsewhere

I went to ntb because of the buy 3 get 1 free deal and will never go back. My appointment was at 10am and they didnt finish till 6 pm. I ask for the white walls out and they put them on the inside. The tires went on my winter rims so I kept my old tires and was charged for a tire disposal fee. And they lost my nice chrome lug nuts. When I called about them they said they found my miss matched lug nuts. I told them they all matched and they told me they were only a few bucks a piece. Ill never go back

Been there several times and always had a good experience. This time I had a TPMS light on the dash and they checked my tire pressures and found the rears were low, causing the light. They filled em up and I was on my way. Took all of 10 minutes...in and out. Highly recommend.

Schedule appointments and they cant even keep to that either they always say something and do the opposite. And 25 mins after my appointment finally bring in my vehicle. Then tell me of we have to a hr after ur appointment time to have you done by. No vehicles on the alignment rack where mine was going for a alignment. Update 7/27/20 went from horrible service last timr i was there to this time much better, had me taken care of for my appointment faster then expected and alignment done well hope thr service quality stays as such went from 1 star last timr this time was 5 star service. Great experience with these guys. Immediately took care of my brake problem and didnt even charge to fix it. I had previously had my brakes replaced by a different shop a few weeks back and was hearing a loud metallic rattling noise whenever hitting a bump. Took my car back to those other guys to check the brakes, and they didnt find any problems. Tonight I noticed that one of my brake calipers looked to be loose and hitting the inside of my wheel rim. I immediately took my car over to NTB without an appointment, and when I showed them the brake caliper they immediately took my car inside and reattached the caliper (it was missing both attachment bolts), and they didnt even charge me for the repair.

I was driving to Toronto from Cincinnati. We start to hear recurring noise after lunch. I went to them and they gave an fast and friendly sevice for free in such an emergency need. They took a lump of tar from our tire. we are really thankful and they are very nice and honest.
