While the employee working there was courteous during our visit, we were very disappointed in the ear piercing we received for my daughter. One of the holes is crooked so the back of the earring is coming out very low on the back of her ear lobe. I am not convinced the employee was properly trained on how to pierce ears.

I got my ears (lobes) pierced twice here and they got infected both times. i have a scar on both ears from the piercing. would recommend getting pierced with a needle at a tattoo shop.

Got the basic lobe piercings for like 35 dollars (not 100% sure) in July. The place was sanitary and uses sterile disposable needles (asked beforehand). I was definitely more satisfied going here rather than Claires and would go again. The two ladies working there were nice and understanding. My ear piercings healed well and I didnt get an infection. I waited around 8-10 weeks to put new earrings in just to be careful though.

Don’t buy from here. I bought a chain and it shortly broke. I’ve been trying to return it for months but they’re closed even though showing online it’s open. I’m now out of my return window. I spoke to customer service and she accused me of lying that the store was closed even though I’ve physically gone multiple times. She then gave me the phone number to Zales claiming it was them and that she talked to the store and it’s open... this isn’t even Zales. Makes no sense. They want me to send it in for repair that I have to pay for when it broke in days.

My husband and I took our 3 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The lady who pierced her ears was very gentle with our daughter. She did a FABULOUS job! Great experience for my daughter. Even though she did cry, but highly recommend this place.

Bad experience with the new manager. I kept telling her I didn’t want a warranty to the point where I didn’t wanna buy my earrings anymore. At first I was assisted by another girl but it seemed like she pushed her aside. I believe her name was Carly.
