I always loved shopping here I the past and enjoyed my recent visit. The staff was courteous, kind and knowledgeable on a diverse genre of books. Cant wait to come back.

I enjoy this Barns and Noble..it’s clean and everyone here is friendly. Only thing that I personally wish was ‘better’, would be the seating in and around the cafe. It be nice to have comfortable seating to enjoy a book, rather than your ‘basic’ run of the mill cafe seats. Outside of this, they have a good selection of books to read, it’s clean and overall a good place to “escape”.

The store is very nice I like the selection of books after purchasing my books and going home they made great toilet paper for my family and I.

First time visiting this Barnes and noble store. Great selection of books and magazine! Even has Starbucks ! Great to relax and spend afternoon at Barnes and nobles store! Could not ask for a better way to spend my afternoon!

There is always someone willing to help and the staff are always super friendly. My cashier today took a few minutes while ringing me out to ask me about my garden and how everything was coming along. I bought a canning book and she was curious what I was going to be canning. It was nice to have someone so nice take even just a second of their time.

I really love this Barnes and Nobles and go there pretty regularly. Its so clean, well stocked, the staff is friendly, there are always plenty of sales going on, and its nice having the Starbucks too. Wide selections of magazines, childrens books, comedy, motivational and self help text, and nonfiction. Also a good place to get word search / crosswords / and sudokus if you enjoy them.

I had an emotional day. I went to chill out and find a new book to read or color. I found some nice buys in the last chance and sale section. Went to the Starbucks inside Barnes and Nobles and bought a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher made with Lemonade and a sugar cookie. My experience was an A in Self Care. 🧡💛💝

We are book nerds and it is such fun to wander around and find something new to read. My girlfriend found the cutest tote with very soft trim. She loves it!

A lot of books and the wife loved that. I like that they have a coffee shop where I can sit and wait for her to browse. Im sure she will drag me back! The staff seemed very friendly.

Friendly staff with a wide variety of books and affiliated items. Books are decently priced and you can find the occasional clearance item that rivals Amazon and other online retailers. The store is organized, which is more than I can say for most bookstores. The Starbucks inside is relatively quiet and a decent place to read for a bit. Stop in and check it out for yourself.

We was at the Kintaro with our friends we all had bad experience with service. And we have some sushi left at our plate and sever charge us $20 per plate extra. Service was very slow and forget our sup and salad. Service was much better when they just opened.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is relaxing to come in, grab a drink at the cafe, and browse around the sections. They have good deals on many books, and whenever you need help, you will get taken care of with a smile. Take advantage of the membership if you are a frequent buyer!

I love this place, Im here all the time it just seems like the staff is staring me down.

I stare at so many screens all day that reading an analog book is very refreshing. Im glad that B&N has thus far navigated the digital economy where so many other great booksellers did not (looking at you, Borders). I do buy some analog books online but I love browsing books IRL when I have the time and Im grateful that my local B&N is there when the opportunity arises.

I enjoy Barnes and Noble. I am a senior, so I missed not being able to sit.

One stop shop for gift giving needs! Was able to grab the book on my list and get the last couple toys needed to wrap up my shopping! Nice toy selection in addition to books, and it’s always a plus to be able to grab a coffee for that afternoon pick me up!!

Very nice book store with a wide selection of books. Conveniently located to other shopping areas allowing for ease of travel to additional stores. There isa stoplight to get in and out of the area which helps mitigate wait times

Gor my first manga here. Although there should be a seperate section exclusively for ecchi, it doesnt bother me. You wont be disappointed with the variety of their literature.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. I have picked up gifts here for many birthdays, holidays, baby showers, etc. I can feed my own reading habits and fill out my classic movie collection all under one roof. The new, expanded Toys and Games department doesnt have quite as much variety as the old Toys R Us across the street, but its nice to see someone trying to fill in the gaps.If the dont have the book, CD, or DVD I am looking for, the friendly and courteous staff will order it for me. I recently ordered a DVD box set and had it sent to directly to my parents, much faster and cheaper than going to the UPS store to send it myself.I would recommend signing up for the email coupons before visiting. They combine with most of the sale items, so a frugal shopper can really work the system. For example, with a coupon you can get an extra 10-20% off a book thats already 20% off the cover price.

I love going to a bookstore and there arent many left unfortunately. This store was good but the checkout literally took forever because the sales clerks spent an inordinate amount of time signing up a customer for their membership program. I get the membership programs are important BUT making paying customers wait over 15 minutes turned me off. I was very close to walking out. There were at least 6 other customers waiting in line. This great bookstore just got me to shop at Amazon because of their poor service.

I simply went in to quickly buy a Christmas gift and leave . That did not happen. Not because of a line, but because the cashier repeatedly attempted to get me to sign up for a membership 🤬I used to work for Sams Club so I understand that she has to ask . After the second and THIRD No thank you. 🛑STOP🛑! I had a $115 purchase with a 25% off coupon . She wanted to sell me a $25 membership that would give me an additional 20% off, but have me spending an additional $3 for something I explained to her I would maybe use once a year(Christmas) .I lied and told her I only come in the store once a year for Christmas(thinking that would get her off my back) . Truth is I probably havent been in a Barnes & Noble in almost 10 years .Yes I read, but I usually go to the library or download an e-book . She continued to attempt to sell me a membership even after I was done with my transaction😳😲No exaggeration, she must have asked a minimum of 10 times . Call me cheap, but with all the free rewards programs offered by most stores, I just dont comprehend spending $25 on a rewards program for a book store . I have a child and was impressed by their childrens selection, but the way they have theirs employees badger customers leaves me hesitant to go back in their ever . Theres nothing in that store that I cant buy online 😕 Hopefully they change their tactics, because it can turn away would be customers and repeat buisness. I can see how they may miss $100 trying to get $25 . Im of the 40 and under club and we like to get our stuff and leave . The cashier was pleasant though and gave great customer service. Other than her finally letting me complete my transaction, I was happy to receive a BOGO cookie coupon which I used since I did want coffee. And guess what ? When I went to order my coffee, the barista asked me, Do you have a membership ?🙄🤣🤣🤣Felt like a Seinfeld episode.

They implemented a new thing where you can ship to store for no extra cost for books they have to order! Im so excited waiting for my book to come in! Sadly, there is a larger wait on orders due to covid, and they do require masks. The service desk was closed, but someone was easy to find to help me out. But Im glad they have a free ship to store now and hope they keep it. I didnt want to pay $5 shipping to my home on a $10 book.

Great eclectic selection!

I see everyone saying friendly staff but that was not the case when I was at this establishment. I love the store not the employees. They where rude the min we walked in and asked a simple question as to where a certain book type was. Then when we went to pay, no one was at the register and we were by the red dots where we are supposed to stand, then a lady appears and rings up 2 people from the side which was fine. We go behind them and she then tells us that’s not where the line was and to go to the end of the line which by then 7 people where standing there and she proceeds to check everyone else out and we were sent to the end of the line. I wanted to leave my purchase behind and not even give these people my sale but sadly there isn’t another one around me. Next time I’ll just shop online. Guess you just gatta catch them on a good day.

They could provide better discounts more often on books I am and others who share the same interests are interested in...the coupons by way of email havent arrived in my inbox from Barnes and Noble for nearly 2 months! When this occurs they lose my interest/business for quite a while.

I dont often go to Barnes & Noble, but I enjoy it each time I am there. The staff are always helpful and service is great. I have fond memories of the Harry Potter book release parties here. My only issue is that the Barnes & Noble Starbucks doesnt take Starbucks gift cards. They never have, but the Starbucks within other stores do, so I always forget that its different.

Great place to grab a coffee & dessert and chill. Enjoy wandering through the store to preview books or magazines. Staff knowledgeable & friendly. I prefer a book in the hand & chance to sample every chapter prior to purchase. A destination for sure.

Found every thing that I needed to gift a 5 year old girl who loves Sunny Day and The Disney Princesss. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was even able to have her gift wrapped with Happy Birthday wrapping paper free of charge. I found her a birthday card there too! And I was able to get my favorite beverage The Strawberry Refresher from the Starbucks located in the store for the drive to the party!

Not only does Barnes & Noble stock a wide variety of books, but the personnel are extremely knowledgable and helpful. With Starbucks in there, you can browse with a chai tea latte and really enjoy the experience. Teachers - if you become a member (free!), then you get discounts every visit!
