Its a good store but the changing rooms were pretty dirty today

Worst experience of my life. Bad customer service. Waited in three different lines. Shut this place down.

I was disappointed. Looked for help in curtains, walked around waited finally as we were ready to go someone comes to tell us you dont sell the curtains there anymore and proceeds to leave. Its a shame that I knew more than she did. I stopped her and asked if she could order them online for us. She could..as I waited......this is where I left. I wont go into the rest of the store. What has happened to you?JCPenney wrote back and asked for more information. They were very glad to learn about everything I left out and my ideas. Needless to say things have changed for the better. I will be doing some Christmas shopping at JCPs Thank you for listening to your customer!

I always loved pennys. But I ordered a very large order. Half came in on Friday. I went to pick it up because the email said it is ready for pick up. I could get curbside pickup. I get to the store and the clerk will not give it me. Why because the whole order wasnt there. What ? Nothing on the email referred to this stupid rule. Made the trip for nothing. What a stupid rule. I paid for it. Make a notation in the computer that I picked up half the order.

I love jc penney.but last time i went,2 register open.2 customer had problems.i was next in line,20 min.later still standing,waiting, i had $50.00 in product to buy.so,after 25 full min.i laid product down and left.and same 2 women still at registers...so,you lost a sale.

I havent been to JCPenneys in a long time. The reason why I gave it 3 stars is because not enough employees! I could not find anybody to ask questions they were all on the register. Thats how Ive always remembered JCPenneys being not being able to find employees. The cashier I had was great!

Had to drag my daughter to the other side of the store to find a changing room that was open and a long line to get in. It was a Sunday and a good half of the registers were closed in the middle of the afternoon. Floor layout is terribly unorganized. Why is there young girl clothes at both ends of the store and sale racks in between, young girls shoes in another section? Obviously things are just put wherever. Ill have to look in tools for dresses next! Obviously they have no clue what its like shopping with a young child. On the upside great deals. But does a parent really want to put their child through all that to save a couple bucks? Please bring back family friendly shopping. Going to the mall should be a fun memory of time together, not a nerve wrecking experience.🥺

Have not been in one for many years, the store was clean and neat. The prices were much higher than I expected or remember. I did not comparison shop. The staff was extremely helpful.

The store is a mess and needs a complete remodel and upgrade! Reminds me of a dingy Kmart.

JC Penney Optical had the glasses I wanted. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, I wanted to the Women Shoe Department and saw the right sandal I had been searching. The Clark sandal was even on sale. This was a great day for me.

Great place to shop. Lots of Mens clothes. I found what I was looking for.

Really pretty dresses some great shoes, but the sales representatives seemed pretty short and grouchy when asking for help. Hope that is better next time.

Went in for certain things. I didnt find what I was looking for, and when I did decide on something I walked around the second floor twice to find someone to get checked out. All the registers were closed and not one person in sight. It was freezing upstairs. I like the sephora store and the shoe department. Sales and the coupons always are good.

I took a couple there to get what they needed for a quick low budget wedding found what 5hey needed

Great sales and clearance is clearly marked on prices. Love the petite section choices. Clean. Line separators are gone now.

Depleted, I couldnt find much in the store. Disorganized. Shirts had wrong sale signs. Kids shoes were empty. DisappointingI appreciate the shopping online suggestion but shipping isnt free and when you are in need of shoes for your children seeing them works best for getting an accurate size. Sales are usually better in stores. Also I was never told about the promotional offer at checkout. So I left didnt go back to have things adjusted. Service should be consistent. I shouldnt have to hear about the secret sale as I overheard a cashier talking about it on my way out. Your store always has tacky sales like this. Why be sketchy? Just put things on sale and be done with it. Why do I need to know about the secrets... That just annoys customers.

Very upset they did not have any formal dresses, I usually love JCP but was very disappointed this visit.

I went to the salon with hair that went down to my butt. I asked for it to be cut to my shoulder length with layers up to my chin. I asked for my hair to be thinned out. I left with hair above my chin and all one length... She never used water to cut my hair. Stylists name was Crissy... Do NOT recommend.

I went with somebody. Who was trying to get the ring for 17.99. But it was a catch there. If u have a credit card there you get it for 17.99

There home goods department is wonderful.

Yess loved its stocked, cleaned, and the sales are my kind of sales, thanks JC Penneys.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman on the second floor would not check me out because she said she wanted to close her drawer. The woman on the first floor was so rude and so slow and literally tried to force me to get their credit card. When I politely declined she said but you just pay it off right away I said jo again she said what a waste. I asked her what her problem was she roller her eyes and said I guess nothing its not a big deal. She moved so slow I almost had to check for a pulse. I will not return to this store because of such horrible attitudes from multiple staff members.

Great store and amazing salon but there should be more handicap parking for elderly that love come get there hair done there cant walk that well I feel all the spots by side door should be made handicap I know u dont do drop off or pick up on packages any more or move the food delivery little bit down make those spots handicap

Lines not well managed in this COVID era. They seem to almost have what you need unless you are an average-sized person. No tailoring service anymore and almost all changing rooms are closed right now. I would recommend trying somewhere else before visiting this location.

Well you do get better service here. However they were out of most of the stock basics like socks, underwear, t-shirts. I was able to find products that I needed but it was not easy.

Placed an order for 2 different sets of curtains. Got a notification by phone and email that stated ALL OF YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICKUP. I headed to the store and when I got there ALL of my order was NOT ready for pickup. Now I have to make another 30minutes drive back there to pick up the order that wasnt there. From now on definitely will call to find out what has arrived at the store for pickup.

I spent $40 on a pair of jeans for my little one. Getting pricy if you ask me. But the jeans fit perfect. Its a hard find. Big 6 yr old. Love the stretchy waist bands.

Clean store and organized. Employees have always been friendly to me. Whether you are looking for clothes, jewelry, bedding, appliances, they have it all. The only negative I would say is their lack of boys toddler clothing. Its a very small selection.
