Not crowded, appreciated assistance in locating vitamins as they are not where you would think they would be categorized.

People here are always friendly and very helpful I didnt like that their shelves seem to be a little bit empty and selection was getting kind of limited hopefully they restock soon. I had to buy three products that I used to buy there now Im going to have to buy them online. But it might just be limited manufacturing as well.

The lady that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. She told me she had worked there for 9 years. Highly recommend

Location has a sign on the window saying they are closed because of a lack of heat. Do not show up to this location it’s not open. It claims there is a power outage but literally everywhere in the neighborhood has power- even this building!

Staff dont know how tax works. Called to get a vitamin priced and put aside, and they put it aside for me and told me a number much higher than it was since they calculated the tax wrong. Better than being lower I guess. When I went in an hour later, they couldnt find the bottle for over 20 minutes that they put behind the counter, and then they kept stopping looking for it to welcome someone to the store as a team instead of one person doing it while the other found my order. Had to tell them three times my rewards phone number before they realized they were using the wrong area code and using the Mentor area code instead of the one I was telling them each time. Dont get me wrong, the products are great, but the staff needed some lessons.

I was waited on right away, and the sales agent knew exactly what I was looking for, led me right to it. The purchase was quick and was signed up for the rewards program as well. Great place to shop for CBD Capsules.
