This was my first experience with a hearing aid. Dr. Olinger was very patient and explained everything well. I first tried the Cadillac model then the economy model and couldnt tell the difference between the two. I have a unique issue as the bones were removed from my right ear years ago. I am so excited to hear in stereo again. I highly recommend this business. Patty receptionist is also very sweet and knowledgeable.

Dr. Rachael is just the best! Explained everything about hearing aids and my hearing problems. After taking the hearing test, I was able to wear a pair of Phonak hearing aids home for a one week test run. After 1/2 hr. I was use to them and completely amazed to hear the turn signals, birds and much more!If your thinking about helping yourself and your love ones, I strongly suggest Advanced Audiology Concepts.

I brought my Mom in there who is elderly and the lady that works in the office has her desk set up in the waiting room which was hot and did not seem to have very much ventilation was not wearing a mask..not even a face shield. I thought this was required in the state of OH. Let alone a medical facility! I will not be bringing my mom back.

Had to replace an old set of hearing aids and the Premier Edition was suggested. I agreed and have had them for about a week. They improve my hearing much better than what I had, which is the important part of getting hearing aids. I have the ability to hear music from my Amazon account on them, talk on the telephone with a loop attachment hung around my neck, and watch TV with them, much like the TV Ears that enables you to do that.I am more than satisfied as I sit here typing and listening to my favorite artist sing to me. GREAT!!!!!!
