I only gave it one star because Google Review required me to at least pick one. However, I chose to give no stars as the only experience I was offered was me showing up to my 2:00pm(granted I was 5 mins late but did call to inform them and was told that would be ok) appointment to be told that the doctor had a meeting at 2:30pm. My options were I could start filling out the paperwork and either wait or come back later after his meeting. As you can imagine this was extremely frustrating and irritating as I was on lunch for this appointment. I felt like this is something that could have been easily avoided had I been informed of this when I called to mention I was running 5 mins behind. At that point I would have rescheduled, but, for them to wait until I showed up to tell me made me feel like they believed my time was invaluable at which point I am more than happy to take my business and money elsewhere. For me it does it is not only about how good the doctor may be because Customer Service is KEY. Id rather go elsewhere even if the cost is higher.
Vision center has promised delivery twice, still no glasses. I could have spent 40 dollars more and went somewhere else and had my glasses 17 days ago. Employees were great while making the sale, not so great while making excuses and brushing me off when promised delivery date keeps passing by.
