I called them and with next 1 hour technician came and fix it. There was a problem with drain pump. Technician had this part in his truck and he was able to fix it right away. Our dryer did not produce anymore heat. We called Samsung and long story shot, they wanted to charge us $250 just to come out and check out the problem.That did not sit well with me. So i found these guys . Technician picked up the call right away.He was able to come on the same day, diagnosed the problem and fix the dryer like brand new now. Price was also reasonable .
