Ryan was really awesome with helping us decide what our options were for our space and was very honest and open about how long things are taking with high demand. Our old gas stove quit working last year so we were keen to get a new one installed in time for the cold winter. We purchased a home on Newfound Lake in the fall of 2020. It had a combination of gas and wood fireplace that had failed on inspection. During our search and research we we lucky to find Energysavers. Ben was our initial contact and the person we worked with to discuss best options for us. He is knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, honest and always answered our endless questions with calmness and sincerity. The work crew on site was fantastic. We had head installers Andrew and David; Assistants Robert and Austin. They were super organized, extremely skilled and efficient and a pleasure to have complete the work in our home. Everyone we worked with had one goal; to ensure our project met our expectations. We recommend them highly.

Energysavers did two jobs: fireplace doors and a wood stove and their sales and service is spectacular! We searched through many other local (lakes region) stores before we found Ben and his team and we are completely satisfied with their work.Fall of 2018 we wanted fireplace doors, mostly so we could keep the ambiance of an open fire. He found us a perfect set of doors that we were able to customize and also have energy saving gaskets. When Ben came out to do final measurements he discovered our opening was a little peculiar and the standard door frame wouldnt fit, so he custom built an internal frame for the doors! The installation team was spectacular and very careful with their work (putting down blankets to keep things clean, explaining what they were doing, etc). The resulting doors were beyond what we hoped for!Earlier this winter we needed to replace our wood guzzling 1970s wood stove, and this time we did not shop anywhere else, we went right to Energysavers. Once again Ben came through and helped us select the best stove to fit. The installation team was once more very professional and installation was flawless. When we discovered an odd blemish on part of the stove (turned out to be a smear of cement from manufacturing) Ben came over and touched it up and it looks perfect.The entire time Ben and the team were professional and sold us what was best for us. In our opinion this is the only place to go for fireplaces or wood stoves, hands down. Thank you Ben!

This job involved removing a free standing hearth from the 70s and replacing with a new efficient wood burning stove. Nate came and did all the engineering required. This required some extra effort for a difficult roof attachment, and custom pad design. Andrew and Robert were the installers. These people are VERY professional and worked very hard to remove and install in one day! They treated my home with care and respect while doing a dirty removal. The installation was again very professional and I am delighted with their work. This is a solid company, with great employees who can be trusted for your energy needs..

We use our stove in NH as the only source of heat for 20 years now. Even though we did not purchase our stove from them, Energy Savers have been helping us limp along with the stove we had for years. When we finally had good reason to upgrade, they matched us up with a stove that would continue to heat our house. That is no small feat given the new EPA regulations that limit output as compared to the model we had. We did have to wait a couple weeks because they are regularly very booked. But I can tell you, they did a great job. This morning, temps outside were 6F, and the house is toasty!Thanks Ben and Crew!

These guys are the best! Throughout the process of buying a stove and having it installed the communication was great. Steve, the owner, went above and beyond searching for a particular stove we wanted. Ryan, our sales rep answered our many questions with patience and expertise. He also took pictures of different materials to show us options. Very knowledgable and personable. The installation team of David and Parker were fantastic. We were out of State when they installed the stove. They stopped the installation at a few points to ask if we had questions. They even lit the first fire to start the break in process and to see if everything was in good order. I would definitely use this outfit again!

Fantastic sales and service. We had been dealing with Energy Savers on our previous home for the last two years. They provide fantastic service on both our wood stove and Hot Springs Spa. Cudos to Joe. We recently purchased a new home and purchased a new Hot Springs Spa. Our sales consultant was Nate. Very knowledgeable, professional and fair. Installation was coordinated by Steve. He brought a crew of 4 polite and experienced team for a tricky install. I started it up today and had a few questions. They sent a technician over immediately to go over the start up with me. 10/10 experience all around.

When I finally decided to get a pellet stove, I gave Energy Savers a call. Nate was able to answer all of my questions and recommend a pellet stove based on the information I gave him about my house and its layout. Once I got the quote, I did shop around. From what I could gather, they had a quality product comparable to other stores within a 30-40 mile radius of me (Meredith). They were, along with being very knowledgeable, the best price for the stove + installation.Once I decided to proceed Nate came out to check the house and make sure the stove would work where we wanted it. He took some measurements and we scheduled the installation date.Two weeks later, due to the pad we wanted not being in stock, Andrew and David came out to install the stove. They were courteous and very careful not to damage the floor while bringing in their equipment and the stove. They were able to make some modifications to keep the stove and the pipe centered and work with an existing stove thimble. They also made sure that the cleaning procedures and the general workings of the stove were explained thoroughly.As a business owner myself, all of the above qualities are very important to me. They seem to very much want to keep their customers happy.Do not hesitate to give these guys a shot for your business!

After many years of wanting glass doors for our stone fireplace we finally made our way over to Energy Savers in Meredith, New Hampshire. Our experience was excellent right from the first moment we walked through the doors. Ben showed us what our options were in reference to style and what was effient. He placed our order and we began our brief wait anxiously. Within a couple of weeks David and Andrew came to our home and installed the framing and applied the mortar. It was definitely the personal touch and professionalism that impressed us. Not only did they do an amazing job with this portion but when I asked if they wouldnt mind applying mortar in the space between the fireplace hearth and our new wood floors they were more than happy to help. After two or so more weeks David and Andrew came back and completed the installation of our beautiful doors. It completes the look of the room. We are so excited to be able to have a fire in our fireplace this winter after so many years of waiting.We would recommend Energy Savers to anyone we talk to. Totally positive experience. When they arrived at our home the neatness and cleanliness of their truck, equipment and personal dress reassured us that these were individuals who took pride in their work and their appearance. Impressive start!First off, the install team was on time to the minute. Second, they were respectful and careful, placing clean work tarps and blankets throughout the work area. Third they were efficient, e.g. had all their parts, tools and materials on hand. Once they started they didnt finish until the job was done. Fourth, they did exactly what they promised. The sales person had told us it was about a 3 hour job, and our install team made it happen. He saw that the stove we had selected wouldnt work for us, but verified that our alternate pick would work fine. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of workmanship from Dave and Andrew during my stove installation. They were very knowledgeable and well exceeded my customer service expectations. The stove was installed at an island house on Lake Winnipesaukee on a 29* morning in October, which included a cold boat ride. Both men took it in stride and couldnt have been easier to work with. Ryan Cole was also very helpful with the on site inspection. His overall recommendations for location and stove size were perfect. Bought a Quada-Fire Voyager wood insert...Brian came out to the house to measure and explained the process very well...Andrew & David installed the unit and were very professional...we have white rugs so they had to be extra careful! They laid out coverings to protect the carpet and cleaned up after, leaving the space cleaner than when they started! They went over the owners manual with me and explained the controls so I had complete confidence about the operation of the unit. Great job!

We needed a part for our pellet stove in the dead of the winter, and when we expressed the urgency, they pulled the part from their floor model and ordered a replacement for themselves. On another occasion they contacted the vendor for a twice defective part (no fault of energysavers) with quick and friendly service. We ordered a fireplace insert in October from Energysavers. We were told we could expect installation in 4-5 weeks. It is now mid December no date yet—certainly not for Christmas. Wasted a slew of calls and lots of energy to get our hookup done in time. You can do way better than this outfit! Abundant Life in Chichester NH is a far better choice.

I am VERY Pleased to say that the men and people I spoke with on the phone ( after doing a GOOGLE search and a lot of researching ) I purchased my new pellet stove over the phone, just by their description and website and customer knowledge based on the accurate information I got from their web site and TALKING WITH NATE!!!!!! The delivery was on time to the MINUTE. They had everything installed and working in 45 minutes. We recently purchased a Hearthstone soap stone wood stove from Energysavers, Inc. The installation team arrived promptly; got to business quickly; and installed the stove expertly. The team was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The new stove works exceedingly well; it retains its heat through the night; and it uses less wood than the one it replaced. We are highly pleased with the product, the service, and Energysavers.

Beware of this place! I would never use them again. We recently had new construction, including a gas fireplace from Energysavers. First, they dropped off the remote in the middle of construction, claimed that they left it in a safe place but it was never found. They charged us $300 for a replacement (yes, more than most people pay for their cellphones!). They claimed that this was because it is a touchscreen. Second, although they had to return to finish installation due to gas and electric hookup (which they do not do and do not have any suggestions for whom to do this necessary work in order for the fireplace to actually work), we had to repeatedly call them. The technician complained he could not reach the valve near the garage bay ceiling (although there were several ladders onsite he could have used, again construction was in progress) and left. Again we had to repeatedly call for them to return as there was no communication nor follow up. Our mason also discovered that the chase top was installed incorrectly, yes this was done by Energysavers, so thankfully they did return to fix their error. However, they charged us $600 to do so!!! Incredibly horrible customer service and ZERO appreciation for customers. Be wary of their initial bill as they will find ways to tack on costs, and thet do not tell you of additional costs or services you will need to find and pay for yourself in order to get it up and running. The entire fireplace ended up costing us over $6,000 from Energysavers alone (this did not include the additional electric and gas work) along with months of aggravation. Again, I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT!

If you are looking for a high quality affordable stove, I recommend Energysavers in Meredith NH. The consultation visit with Steve was informative and low pressure. Steve is also the President and Service Manager, so if things do go wrong, you are working with the right person. The purchase experience went smoothly. And finally, the installation by Andrew and Dave was fun. They answered all of my trivial questions with good humor and fact based answers. The follow-up visit to install a back ordered blowerwas timely and smooth. Energysavers is a good company to work with and they have earned my on-going service business.

My new Heat N Glo fireplace has transformed my living space into a warm and inviting area to entertain friends or just relax with the family. From helping me to select the right unit, customizing the surround to fit my fireplace opening, filing for the permit, ordering the parts and scheduling the install, Energysavers demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism throughout the process. They were courteous and clean, and they worked around my schedule. I highly recommend this company for your gas insert project!

Energy Savers installed a chimney liner a few years ago for another stove. Our usual chimney sweep was impressed with the quality of the installation. That says a lot as our chimney man is very particular.Energy Savers installed a new Jotul stove a few weeks ago replacing an old inefficient stove. Ryan was very helpful in making sure the new stove would work with the tight tolerances we had to work with. The installers did an awesome job installing the new Jotul and hauled our old stove away. They left the place spotless and even offered to move some furniture back that we moved to clear the work space! 5 thumbs up!

Well...let me start withe the ending. After a huge amount of frustration; a cost of $4,000; a dishonest sales representative with insufficient knowledge knowledge of an appropriate stove for the area to be heated...I sent energysavers NH an email saying; goodbye ans good luck. YES...it cost me $4,000 to be done with them and if youve had the experience that I had with them you would agree that $4,000 ischeap! Seriously - STAY AWAY !!!!

My pellet stove stopped working. called energysavers and spoke to steve and i was scheduled very quickly. Dave came to the house, stove was fixed in no time. very honest company and Dave explained alot to me for proper operation that i didnt know. I will be a regular customer for yearly cleanings! Highly recommend!

I purchased a Quarda Fire pellet stove a few years back from Energy Savers. Nate came to my home to measure and explained to me how they would install my stove. He was very knowledgeable & professional. I had a great experience with my first stove so I decided to purchase a Mt. Vernon for my living space on the main floor. The guys were great. As soon as they stepped thru my door they were lying down blankets to protect my floors....Love it!! If I have an issue or just a question, Steve will get back to me immediately. Energysavers did a very professional job installing our new gas fireplace. It was a somewhat complicated job, but they performed as promised. Were very pleased with the result, and I would highly recommend them.

We had a QuadraFire 7100 fireplace installed this week and had a great experience. It was a complicated job because it was a replacement of an existing unit rather than a new install. Steve (installation mgr) helped figure out a way to get the old fireplace out and the new one in with the least amount of demolition possible to help minimize impact and cost for us. Dave and Andrew did the removal of the old stove/chimney and installation of the new stove/chimney. They were highly professional, thorough, and conscientious (and very nice guys). To top it off, Nate (our sales contact) let me know after the job was complete that the total cost would be several hundred dollars less than the amount I had originally agreed to because they used fewer materials onsite to install our chimney than they expected. That was some great unexpected news and also the mark of an honest company. I highly recommend EnergySavers.

My wife and I just moved here from Arizona, where heating was never really an issue. When we purchased our home out here in Belmont, we needed someone to show us the ropes regarding our pellet stove. We talked to Ben about scheduling a service call. Ben let us know that Steve (the owner) would be getting back to us in a days time to set up an appointment. Steve called us back, set up a time, and believe it or not, his service technicians showed up when they said they would! The guys were super friendly, didnt mind answering all our questions, and did a great job. I would highly recommend using these guys. Very professional!

I don’t know much about wood burning stoves but I do know a lot about customer satisfaction!I had spent hours reading about stoves online when our old one needed to be replaced. Brands, colors, options and styles all started to blend together.My 5 sons and husband all had suggestions but no one had the answer . I decided to give Ben a call at Energy Savers, they had installed my propane “heat and glow” years ago and have been servicing ever since. I explained to him that most of what we would be doing would happen over the phone since we lived 2 ½ hours away.He went out to our property to check out the area, the stove to be removed, take measurements and sent me 3 estimates and explanations of what would work.We agreed on the Jodel F 45 Greenville because of it’s efficiency, style and size.On 2-15-16, Andrew Hoestra and Dave Malone showed up with our new stove. Professional, patient, strong, friendly and neat are some of the words that come to mind when I think about the job they did. They removed the old stove, replaced the chimney, installed the F45, built an access door in the closet, walked us through the 1st fire, explained how to do fires 2 and 3 and even vacuumed the entire area before leaving .If this new stove serves us as well as the propane Heat and Glow has for the past 10 years we are going to be VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.Thanks for your time, patience and “Team Effort” and making this all happen so smoothly for us.Pat N

Energy Savers did a great job in providing us with information on their products and options we had available to us. This was our second pellet stove and I am glad we decided to buy it from ES this time. We had some chimeny issues and Ben recommended someone to help us, despite ES being albe to provide that services. Andrew and David who installed the stove were very professional, friendly, gave great instructions, did a specitacular install and even painted the pipe for us. My family and I are very happy with our new stove! I would definitely recommend using Energy Savers.

A complete pleasure to do business with- Steve is VERY knowledgeable and honest. I was appreciative of his willingness to quickly help us out by coming over right away to help us problem solve (we had a wood burning insert fireplace that was 35 years old, modified and to our horror- did not pass code) . We had to covert our fireplace to a gas insert and we bought the Heat n Glo. The system came in quickly, was installed asap and the guys who came out to do the install- David & Andrew- were so terrific. I was impressed with their professionalism- (protecting my floor, asking to play a few tunes) and knowledge and I appreciated that they were able to save me a little money as well. Overall a great experience- this team is smart, kind, and experts in their field. Price for it all was not cheap but fair and most important of all- I LOVE THE GAS FIREPLACE insert- tons of great features and looks awesome. A huge expensive problem has a silver lining, I now have instant heat, a pretty realistic fire (super important to me), safety features and great ambiance with no clean up! It s nice in the process of such a huge expensive renovation like we did to work with a contractor / company like energy Savers- who have such great people working for them in every aspect (thanks Joe!)

This is the second Jotul wood stove we have ordered (and had installed by Andrew Hoekstra and David Malone) from Energysavers. We are very happy with the stove, and the installation was quick, efficient, and completely clean. Excellent stove, good price, and great installation, all in all a very positive experience with Energysavers.

Ordering a new wood burning insert was easy. Today, David Malone and Andrew Hoekstra did the installation. I was very impressed with the cleanliness (vacuum, moving blankets, furniture set backs, etc.) of the way they go about their business. They were efficient, very knowledgeable and teamed well from the time they arrived until completion. All old materials were removed and taken away. Also, I had an electrician on site to run power to the unit and their was mutual respect and cooperation between them.There was one mismeasurement from the initial ordering perspective but Energysavers will be fabricating a metal band to make the face plate cover the gap. It is not of any concern to me.
