Let me point out that I was highly impressed with the attention and care at the Zales store by the manager and salespeople. My husband and I went to get a diamond for my wedding band to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and I was happy that I left with a beautiful 2ct diamond and two band soldered ring. It was their suggestion and I was so pleased with the final results. Not to mention an amazing discount 😉

My husband bought my wedding band from their Dana Augustine event and I absolutely love it! Their jewelry is so unique- definitely worth a visit.. or more!

Manager explained this so now I understand BUT “Jessica” whatever her name really is, could have explained it MUCH better specially to me because I was picking out the items. YES have protection, Because I would not trust these items. The ring I picked out first, looked terrible up close and out of the light, looks like something you’d buy at Walmart for less than $15. They have some pretty items and The exchange process is not that bad even though the receipt does not make sense and does NOT give you your entire total like any other place. Make sure the person explains everything, please REVIEW THE RECEIPT before leaving. Honestly, I would have gotten something better for less money somewhere else, I just needed to get my moneys worth and exchange my items. I definitely will not go here again.

I purchased a ring in February 2020. It didnt fit so Zales sent it out to be sized. Its July 2020 and I still do not have the ring or a refund. They are blaming covid, but stores opened in MAY and I have called more than 8 times trying to locate my ring. They have held onto my property for over 6 months. Do not shop here.

When exchanging something this evening, I was having difficultly because the item was no longer on sale and I was told that I would need to pay the difference for the new item. Rey and Emily were absolutely amazing. They were both understanding and did everything is their power to make sure I had a good experience and would be back. They were both friendly and took their time in finding a solution to my problem. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a gift for that special someone. This company and store are very lucky to have the both of them.

I was in last night with my boyfriend looking at engagement rings. Sam Q. was amazing. He found us the ring I fell in love w online but couldnt physically find anywhere. Sam was extremely nice, patient and informative. Kudos to Zales for hiring him, he made this experience so special.

Went to buy a set of diamond earrings for my fiancé and the sales associate, Emily took care of me. She was very attentive and caring in my purchase, helping me out to make the process as easy as possible and pointing out what earrings best fit what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, I will definitely shop here again!

Emily at the Meriden Mall store provided superb customer service! She went out of her way to locate their custom ring specialist, who travels to their different stores. I needed to expedite a custom made ring and she went the extra mile to locate where this gentleman was and made a call to him, to expect me at that location.I would only work with Emily in the future when I do businessat Zales at the Meriden Square Mall location.

Terrible after sales service. Took me almost 4 weeks to get a ring resized and the sales people are hopelessly not helpful. Very cocky after they got my money.
