The person that runs the store pays rent but never opens the door has been closed for almost 5 years how bizarre is that plus we get more traffic coming in and out of there and theres nobody around so how can you run a business when youre never open whos calling who whos using what whos doing something illegal I could tell you answers right here

Place is a joke. Bought a quad from here and NOTHING was tightened and the rear differential was shot. I called an hour after and got NO ANSWER. I left a voicemail got NO RESPONSE. They lie about service and only let you see a bike “by appointment”. These guys are full time drug dealers, part time ATV salesman. Bunch of cowards.

I just had my second motorcycle serviced here. Great people and great service. We discussed service details and time frames when I was dropping the bikes off and they stayed right on schedule to the tee. I asked them to check other things on the bikes and see if they should be done. They checked and said they did not need to be done saving me at least a couple hundred dollars. They earned my trust. And my business. The owner even walked out with me and gave me extra pointers on things with the bike. Great job guys.

Was told my atv just had fresh top end with stainless valves and was ready to ride. Got home from picking up and it wouldnt start. The main jet was loose causing it not to get fuel. I thought honest mistake. Put 2 hours on it and then had difficulty starting. Had my mechanic find that it still had factory valves that had never been adjusted. I understand it was used but dont lie to me

Steve at why buy new was the only guy at any dealership within 100 miles of me who helped me finance a used bike. Every one else either gave me the finger or gave me false info. Im giving 4 stars and not 5 because the bike needed a few things that were obvious but cheap/ easy to fix. Definitely recommend buying from this guy.

I bought a quad here for my boyfriend last year for Christmas. I have know knowledge at all about ATVs.. Kyle was very helpful and helped me finance it in full quickly. If your looking for a dealership where youre not gonna get screwed, this is it! My boyfriend will be returning soon for his next bike.

Unbelievable place to buy a quad or a motorcycle. These guys go over and above to try and help you. Would not go anywhere else to buy a used ATV.

I love my bike that I got from here.. They have a very knowledgeable staff and gets you what you need to maintain your bike. Actually my bike is hot... BRAAAAPPPP!!!!

Why buy new? Because these guys cant fix anything thats used. After being charged for absurd diagnostic fees and then changing cost of parts. I took in my quad to have them get it up and running when they gave it back to me was in a million pieces and they stuck me with a $2000 bill. Who rebuilds a carburetor without cleaning the fuel system 1st or putting in a fuel filter. Defeats the purpose. I paid them to give me a turn key ready quad by the end of it, when I got it all the panels were off sure I could turn the key but everything would have fallen apart because nothing was put back together properly. This place is a joke, do yourself A favor and either buy new or go to someone who knows what theyre doing

Do not come here.. This is such a makeshift operation. You come in and no one is there because you have to make an appointment. Sure that sounds fine you think, but once you realize that you need to leave a message on their machine and wait for them to call you back, you will be annoyed. If you dont pick up the phone when they call you back then you will be playing phone tag. Surprised they are still in business. Oh and their bikes are way overpriced... Just go on craigslist and similar bikes are much cheaper..

The best shop around they worked with me when i got my quad from there. They even gavce me a free helmet and gloves. Plus I sent my friends up there and they fixed his quad sametime so we could go riding. Hands down one of the best shops around

I went to look at a ktm 144. I ended up puttin a 250 deposit after getting approved per the phone. I needed to send more documents (paystub) over to loan lender once I did I was approved, mind u it’s only been 2 days laters. but they said they couldn’t give me the loan because they stop doing business with whybuymore, and there investigating some of the loans because of fraud. He stopped answering my calls and finally got in contact with him a week later. Mind u I haven’t talked to him since I was approved for the loan. He already knew what was up. I could of been callin to pick the bike up. But he wasnt answering, I left messages. At the end of the day He didn’t give me my deposit he said he was holding the bike for me Ya ya bs. But truth is if The bank worked with him I would be gettin the bike. Thanks god I didn’t lol but he can keep it, he’s a bum. I would never recommend that place I don’t care what kind of deal ur think ur gettin ur not. He’s a total rip off. I don’t understand how I got approved for the loan but the bank won’t work with you no more, now I’m out my deposit. It’s messed up, but I Know this place will be closing down. There’s no way you run a business like that and stay open. I will never go back there. I ended up buying a 2015 ktm 250sx 2 stroke for 3500$. Mind you I used the same bank lol the bike is Way cleaner, 7 years newer, faster, bigger cc for only 500 dollars more. I’m in love with my new bike no issues what so ever. More then 10x better then that 144 I was gonna get. He’s a total rip offf!!!! Don’t be a victim like me

Called them a million times going through the process of buying our first atv. Everytime he was nice and helpful with all my stupid questions. When far beyond my expectations! Thank you for our atv!

I have bought multiple vehicles and recantly bought a beautiful street bike that i love and and got it for a great deal that i couldnt refuse so thank them for the great service

It took them two weeks to put new tires on my bike. When I got the bike back they broke the front brake pannel and didnt even tell me about it (which is a $40 part.) They were nice at the store but the service was slow, expensive, and cost my bike more problems.

I discovered Why Buy New through Facebook Marketplace and traveled two hours in search of a four wheeler, after some negotiation and the trade of my 2012 Yamaha FZ8 motorcycle I purchased a 2008 KTM 450cc which after returning home I noticed the four wheeler was smoking and idling rough after evaluation of several mechanics I was informed that the motor was knocking and numerous mechanical issues as well as wiring issues such as the tail light and rear light not functioning all of the plastics were stripped and once an oil change was done metal debris was noted in the oil. After reaching out to the owner he was not very helpful asked for videos of the four wheeler and after images and videos sent along with a list full of issues he avoided all of my emails and phone calls this will now cost me thousands of dollars to repair. I hope no one else has the same experience and will stear clear of this place.
