Phenomenal experience at this store, Stalin the manager and Kaan from SMB went above and beyond to configure all of my phone lines with no hassle whatsoever. All of my questions (which were many) were handled perfectly and inviting me to clear any inquiry I had about my new business plan. Highly recommend this store for their fantastic customer service and they’ve gained a faithful new Verizon wireless customer.

The most absurdly behaving staff work at this store. A women behind the counter seemed completely bothered that we were even speaking to her and offered nothing but a terrible attitude instead of help. Stay away from this location.

Wow. Best experience Ive had in a Verizon store. Walked in. Was helped immediately. Asked if sales or service. Said service and he fixed the problem with the phone in about 10 min. I will go back to this store as opposed to the 2 others Ive been in. (They were awful)

Really disappointed. Purchased new phones along with new cases ($40) and screen protectors ($40-50 can’t remember), which store employee applied. Within 30 days of purchase the case is breaking and the screen protector is peeling. Went into store and was told not there problem and to call the case and screen protector company. I don’t think this is the way to treat a 20 year Verizon wireless and 10+ Fios customer. Not helpful at all.

Same as many of other reviews on here about this location. This store scams you. My wife had a phone that broke, I was told there was a promo for a pixel 2 and that I wouldnt pay more than $10 a month for the phone. As each bill came I went to the store and told them the correct price was not showing up on my bill. They told me to wait 2-3 more billing cycles. Each month I went back. Long story short after the third billing cycle it was determined I was given the wrong phone by the store employee. They gave me a 128 gb phone and I should have been a 64 gb phone that had the promo. I NEVER asked for the 128. This was a mistake by an employee but I am now punished for it by paying $949 instead of $240 for the phone. They make more money and the store looks better to the boss.The store manager was extremely unhelpful and answered with a it wasnt my mistake response instead of helping to resolve the issue made by the employee at his store. Verizon is a decent company but this store is the pits. I ll take a 10 min drive to a better store then go to this. Look at google reviews it is one of the lowest rated Verizon stores in Nassau county.

Terrible experience....wish I could give negative stars!! Stay away from this store like the plague!! Went in to upgrade my phone and salesman (Ryan) made a lot of false claims. Told me I could upgrade to unlimited and gets 2 hums for the same price as I was currently paying.... NOT TRUE!! My bill ended up going up 100 bucks a month and was billed over 100 in activation fees. Went to return the Hums and told I would be charged a restocking fee. If you want to be scammed come to this store! Like I said stay away!! Read other reviews ...same story over and over again... wish I had read reviews first 😢

Wish I could give them ZERO stars, absolute worst Verizon Store on Long Island. Sale Associates continuously LIE to customers leaving out pertinent information about sales and promotions just to make a sale. Save yourself a trip, dont ever shop here unless you want to be lied to.

Not a great customer experience...Do NOT trust what they say to you..I have had several Great experiences with the previous owner Mike, who was a man of his word.Say what you want about Mike, he was professional, committed,and most importantly Trustworthy !!!Sadly i cant say the same for current ownership.Say what you mean...Not sure what they are doing ?If you say something or make a commitment live with it.Not BS you.

Rude salespeople whos only concern is separating you from your money since they work on commission. Theyll lie to your face about cost and services just to make the sale and the only way you find out us when the bill comes. Think about it....if someones salary is based on what they sell and there are no repercussions, how honest so you think theyre gonna be ??

The other corporate Verizon store down the road did for me in 5 minutes what this store told me is absolutely 100% impossible to do. Clearly they are not interested in having customers remain loyal Verizon users.

As always it was an awful experience. Salesman was great in the beginning. There was a problem with the phone we bought. So his idea of good customer service was to have us sit and wait. It turns out he totally did the sale incorrect. It took hours for customer service to correct it. I will never go to this store again.

When I came in to switch my service from Sprint, they were super nice and helpfully. I switched my 4 lines. Same day I received an email from VZW with my projected monthly bill and its $140 more then was quoted. I was never told about $30 per line activation fee nor $45 per month in taxes. I went back the next day to trade in my Sprint phones ( they were helpfull, but not as eager), I was told that its just an estimate. I certainly hope so!

Horrible service and experience. They just needed to hand me my tablet upgrade which I bought and paid for online. Instead they went in the back and created a new line on my acct without authorization and screwed up my plan. The store was empty, and when and older lady came in they acted like they were annoyed and made comments. I had to spend over 2 hrs on the phone with verizon wireless to correct everything. Avoid.

Kind of a long story I will try to keep as short as possible. My son uses a dexcom (to monitor blood sugar- with this app others can connect and see his blood sugar numbers while hes out and about) appropriately called dexcom g6 this app wouldnt connect properly to my sons phone....after an hour on the phone with dexcom as well as a good half hr on phone with samsung and following all the directions, we could not get this app to connect properly to my sons phone. They literally left me with well i f that doesnt work then we dont know so my final hope in utter desperation was to try verizon. Let me tell you I dont know what magic that this employee pulled out of her hat, but after a while,and ton of patience Celeena got it to connect which meant I could see my sons numbers while he is not next to me, there are no words to describe the relief I feel and I am immensly greatful for her help and care in this mind boggling situation. What was supposed to be a quick and easy set up had me almost in tears from stress so huge should out to Celeena. Thank you so very much.

I would advise all not to ever deal with this particular Verizon store( sunrise Hwy in Merrick). The salesmen are complete scam artists. The first time I went because my phone was not working. Unfortunately, I needed to buy a new phone. My only stipulation was that I didn’t want my monthly bill to go up. The salesman insisted it wouldn’t and that he could package things together to keep it down. One of the things he bundled together was the Hum. Needless to say I now pay an extra $10 each month going forward for this device I didn’t need, making my bill more than it initially was. He never even told me it would be a monthly cost! When I spoke to Verizon, and tried to cancel it they said it would cost me $115. Unbelievable!! When I explained what happened they suggested I go to the store manager because the salesman did it for the commission. The guy was quite savvy, he even had me switch to automatic payments so I didn’t know I was being charged until the grace period was over. He also told me he used the hum and switched it between cars, especially when he goes away and rents a car. When I looked on the app, it says you can’t switch between cars and if you do you have to call customer service. Unfortunately, a few days after my phone broke, my husband’s phone broke. We went back to them because I thought I had had a good experience. The guy that helped my husband wasn’t as savvy. He was an arrogant salesman who was obvious about trying to swindle us. We walked out and purchased a phone at the Verizon on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown. The salesman Brian, was very helpful and even told us about a phone my husband could get that would finish paying his last phone as a promotion. I would definitely recommend the Levittown Verizon and suggest to all to never ever go to the Merrick Verizon.

I thought that this location was better than Carle Place until I tried to “swap out” a 6ft charger for my iPhone 8. The metal plug broke within the first week of using it. I returned to the Merrick store and after a 20 minute wait, Ryan the “ Solution Specialist” immediately assumed I “damaged” it . He was unfriendly about the entire transaction. He should try reading the reviews on the 6 ft charger! I only wish I had read them first! I won’t return there.

I think they change owners or something, when you call them there is over an hour wait any giving day or time, I ordered a phone and when I went to the store about 10miles from me they said it couldn’t be activated then I was directed to call the company and then I did then a bunch of running around. Final outcome I left without a phone. Etc

Stay away. This place will do anything to push you out the door unless they think they can sell you something else. Not interested in helping you at all. Messed up my data transfer between phones and I lost decades of music I had been accumulating since the first model iPod (since CD’s really) because the rep wanted to move on to the next customer. “Sorry you’ll have to contact the manufacturer for that software fix (but if you bought something they suddenly know how to take the 5 minutes to do it)” The one on Willis avenue off northern boulevard is a TON better- ask for Alexa.

Very good staff. Rebecca G. is outstanding. Couple of weeks ago I went to exchange a phone I bought online. She helped us by pointing out that I overpaid for a phone on Verizon website and that I had an outdated, more expensive plan. When she needed help from her colleagues with a couple of things that they had more experience with they very gladly took over. Ive rarely seen teamwork like I did that night. I spoke with Scottie, unsure of what phone to get my Dad who was switching from a Samsung 6 Edge Plus into his first iPhone. My Dad wanted a large phone, similar to what he was using - and not knowing what the new iPhone Xr looked like, I was going to get him an iPhone 8 Plus. Scottie went over specs of both phones with us and helped us decide on the Xr. I appreciate how much time he took to go over this and spent time on the features that mattered to my Dad in a phone. These people are liars and thieves. They tell you one thing to make a sale and say there wont be a charge for it, but then it comes up on the bill and when you ask them about it they say they dont remember ever telling you that. All they care about is their commission and will tell you anything to scam you into buying stuff. Now Im stuck in a two year contract for something I never wanted in the first place. I will never go to this place again, they are terrible people.
