I recently selected the team at Complete Collision to refresh my wife’s 14 year-old BMW, a 2007 335i coupe. The car had minor scratches, a couple of small dents on the driver’s door, and a crunch in the front bumper. Jamie and his team used the aftermarket body parts that I shipped to them to create a unique, one-of-a-kind work of automotive art, effectively a brand new sport coupe in less than 2 weeks. Although there were setbacks, as there often are in such an ambitious undertaking, Jamie‘s even-keeled disposition and can-do attitude never changed, and he and one of his techs even worked late on a Friday in order to deliver the car finished for the holiday weekend.That Saturday, I drove the car over to Tulley BMW to order a part. When I came out of the parts department 5 minutes later, there were 6 salespeople and service techs standing around the vehicle--in the rain no less--admiring Jamies work. Its a true sign of admiration when those most familiar with the brand praise the work of those whove improved on that brand.I give Complete Collision my highest endorsement, and couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. They are true professionals in every sense of the word, and there’s nothing they can’t do.

The finishing gloss coat was an superb job. The paint job slightly less so, as there are raised globs of paint were surface had been covered up. I would not say the vehicle looked like new post paint job. Additionally when I picked up my vehicle the interior was completely covered in green dust and there were shoe prints on the back rest part of the rear seats.

Had work done ona deep scratch on my door. Jamie was friendly, and gave me a reasonable quote for the repair to my truck. Most importantly, me and several people noticed and commented they did a fantastic blending job on the paint. Its not a matter of will I go back, just when.In very rare cases do I hand out 5 star ratings, as there can always be improvements, quality care and service makes it worth a 5 to me.Thanks Jamie and team!
