Awesome service! I called for a queen box spring at 9am on Saturday and he had it delivered within 5 minutes. Very helpful in talking me through the different box springs over the phone and I got exactly what I needed. He was very honest and fair priced

If you’re looking for a quick, impersonal, in-and-out transaction, this is probably not the place. But if you want the owner to get to know you and your needs, to be flexible on pricing, to meet you even after hours, to offer same-day delivery for a nominal charge, to carry in and install the new mattress, to take away the old again for a nominal charge, then Jeff Trotter is your man! Good prices, EXTRAORDINARY service.

I had an incredible experience. I tried shopping around at other places and was unimpressed. At other stores I felt like I was being sold by a salesman. At trotter, I felt like I was working with Jeff to get my best choice. I got a better price by far, and Jeff was fantastic. I got the mattress I wanted and the service was incredible. I cant recommend them enough!

Beyond pleased with the customer service Jeff provided. We were able to get the perfect mattress at a great price, and he even delivered it right away! Definitely will be repeat customers. Beyond thrilled with the quality of the mattress.....& I’m picky! I wouldn’t purchase anything I didn’t feel was good quality and made to last. They know their mattresses,and it’s a family run business. I left feeling like I got a good deal, and it was a much better experience than purchasing through a chain mattress store. If you’re looking for a big box store experience don’t come to this small business. The customer service care and attention are old school. Jeff helped me select the mattress to meet my needs within my budget. In addition he was able to arrange delivery on a day convenient to my schedule. This personal service is hard to find however so appreciated. Just as I learned of this business from a neighbor I will recommend this small business to other’s in need of their product and service.

An excellent place to get a mattress. Family owned and not corporate big plus. Friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. They accurately care about their customers and take the time to get to know u, unlike other places.

This is our second purchase from Trotters, and let me tell you- It was amazing yet again. The first purchase was a quick one for our oldest son after college graduation. The purchase experience was excellent, and pricing was great. My wife and I just purchased a king size mattress to replace our 15 year old one. Doug greeted me warmly on the phone, and in person when we arrived. We are Merrimack residents, and always prefer to shop local businesses first.We found the perfect one with his help, and delivery was flawless. (Me getting the thing upstairs was not, however...haha)I want to thank Trotters for reinforcing the fact that LOCAL businesses and U.S made products are, and always be the greatest value...Thank you to Doug for making me feel that my business is valued when buying a product that so many companies typically take advantage of the customer when buying.I strongly recommend everyone give Trotters a try- You will be very glad you did!Thanks again, and if you need me, Ill be taking a nap on my new mattress!

I wish I could give six stars. This is the type of service you only dream of. Jeff is a true mattress expert. Its like its all he thinks about. His true passion is in mattresses and the mattress industry. A little background, I was on a mission for a new mattress that would help me sleep better with chronic back and neck pain. One might I stayed in a Motel 6 of all places and had the best nights sleep of my life. I guess my.room had a mattress that their chain no longer uses. Despite taking a picture of the tag and model, I could not find this mattress anywhere, not even when googling it. My girlfriend found Jeff and it has been the best experience. She gave him picture of the tag and he found out what mattress it was right away! Serta had rebranded that model a few years back. Then they had Serta custom-make me that exact mattress. It took about a month, maybe less, but it was well worth it. I felt that I got an excellent price with a new box set and frame and mattress protector included. Even included two pillows for free. I wasnt too thrilled with the pillows he started me with, so he drove all the way up to my workplace to have me test out a couple pillows to see what I liked the most! He delivered the mattress HIMSELF. Carried it up three flights of stairs BY HIMSELF. Set it up in no time at all and gave me tips for maintaining it long-term. He has a lot of energy and a great positive attitude. I cannot wait to buy my next mattress here. I can guarantee that I will be a lifelong customer of Trotter mattress.

Kind of got trolled into coming to this place by a Craigslist ad but I ended up getting a decent deal on a new mattress. At first I thought their mattresses were going to be cheap junk but I got one anyways. I later looked them up and they are actually made in the USA and were more expensive online. Ive gotten good sleep on mine for the past month so I cant complain.

Please read this review before you shop! These people are insane! They asked how I was paying before I even tried out the mattresses! Better yet, the first one they showed me was a set with a used box spring! USED! I cant believe this place. Both the father and their son were also talking bad about me when I refused to keep looking. Do not shop this business. Buyer beware!

Quality and great customer service

Great service from the owner jeff - he knows his mattresses and was able to get us in a mattress that fit us and our budget without feeling pressured ! We will be back again for our sons matreess !
