Just got my camper winterized the past week and as always since I bought my camper there 2 years ago they have been very good with the work some warranty, some additional) that they have performed on my camper. This time around I want to give a shout out to Mike and Linda who worked on my camper to get it winterized and also performed a 12 point inspection, which was really nice because it gives me a little piece of mind on the things I don’t usually look at when I check the camper. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because their response time to call back or even pick up the phone when I call needs lots of improvement, I know COVID has given the service department a lot of extra work so I’m still giving them the benefit of the doubt as the work they have performed on my camper has been of a great quality and in a sort of timely manner.

My experience buying a new trailer from Campers Inn was exciting and a very positive experience for my wife and I. The salesman, Josh took his time in showing us features that we were looking for. Very helpful.The demo person, Jon was outstanding. Very funny with several explanations on how to use certain parts of the trailer. The stories will help me remember what to do and not do. He was very knowledgeable with every portion of the trailer. Some wonderful ideas on what to do. Made us feel at ease if we had any questions at all. Told us to call anytime. Sales department was great, especially Dale. Unfortunately, the rest of the organization has been not so helpful. No one answers the phone in service or finance, and when they do, they just setup a call back, which never happens. Also, the peace of mind package appears to be included with used RVs when browsing the website, but its actually another $1000 once you get to the dealership. And to top it off, you cant buy a used RV without it. Not even sure what peace of mind package means, since on day of delivery my hot water heater doesnt work and black tank is showing 2/3 full. Service department still doesnt answer the phone.... Cant say Im very pleased after spending nearly 30,000. I will make every effort I can to share my experience on all available social media platforms.Update- we care is just a voicemail as well.

We bought our 5th wheel from Campers Inn. Marc spend a great deal of time with us explaining each of the different features of what we were looking at. We had never owned a RV and really were unsure of what we wanted. By the time we were finished that day, we knew actually what we wanted and Marc was great at following through with us to make it happen.Cliff Bauchman was truly a gift to us novices. He spent hours with us and went through every detail making sure we thoroughly understood. He was patient and kind, answering all our questions.I cant say enough about how much we appreciated the great information from Marc that helped us decide what to buy and the follow-up visit with Cliff that explained how our RV worked.We would highly recommend RV shopping with these guys.Thank you Marc and Cliff

We just purchased a new RV. Our salesman, Bernie Culliton, was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. When we first met him, he spent plenty of time showing us different models and helping us figure out what would work best for us. We never felt any pressure from him.Once we ordered our RV, he kept us informed of the status of our order.When we picked up our RV, John and Neal were very helpful in orienting us to the new vehicle and the towing mechanism.

Had terrible experiences with the service department. We booked an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time to the wrong location (Apparently they no longer do service in the Tyngsborough location without any communication).We dropped off our van for a roof reseal just to be called later in the day that there was never an appointment scheduled for us. Then, that same day, this changed to the story that the scheduler deleted some appointments and we are in fact on the schedule.Three weeks later (6 weeks total) our van is still sitting in their parking lot and we are being told there is no idea when it can get started, for a half day-1 day service. We are now approaching freezing temperatures. Our van is not winterized as we are going on a 3 week trip next week and plan to use it then. Campers Inn said they cannot turn on the propane for us to prevent the pipe from freezing while it sits in their parking lot.On two separate occasions, I was told the service had started and yet after calling back I am then told they have not even looked at it yet. I can understand illness going through the service department may cause delays, but we are talking 6 weeks that we are waiting for a day of service to be completed.The communication during this entire process was unacceptable. Leaving messages or sending emails is a joke as no one will respond to you. The only way I can get a hold of someone is if they actually pick up their phone or one of the receptionists walks over to service to have someone call me back. Over 5 times I was told someone will call me back and they did not. Only until I called them again and got a hold of someone would I get any real information.We will never return to this location for service. We had a great experience in Tyngsborough previously before everything transitioned to Merrimack. Clearly there is major mismanagement going on and dishonesty to customers. Would not recommend service here to anyone.

Our sales person, Dale Dubious was absolutely fantastic to work with. No high pressure sales at all and he worker really hard to help us find what we were looking for and negotiating the sale. He also gave us great advise on how to get the most out for our existing camper. I work in sales and cant say enough about Dales professionalism.We did have an issue with the new camper we purchased shortly after pickup. Dale quickly referred us to the general manager, Gregg Kleczkowski. Greg stepped in and solved our issue quickly checking in with us along the way.

Usually, I don’t right reviews but this one I’d like to share my experience.My nightmare started on March/2021 when my neighbor knocked my door and told me: “Something happened on your trailer…” I went outside and saw the awning destroyed and all the way down; it was closed since October/2020.My trailer was on the original 2 years warranty, I took some pictures and went to the Jayco dealer where I purchased it and spoke with the service manager, Peter Flanders who was very professional providing directions to manually close and safe the awning, prior to take the trailer to him.Peter started working with Jayco that approved the complete replacement of the awning under warranty; I left the trailer on the dealer, and it has been transferred to Campers Inn, Merrimack, NH weeks later due to business changes.Every week I was asking Peter for an ETA to get the awning replaced and always the answer was the same: “Unfortunately Jayco did not provide any ETA yet…”July arrived, four months since I dropped the trailer and nothing, stuck on waiting for the vendor to ship the parts…Because I had scheduled since 2020 the week of 4th off July for camping, I take back the trailer without the new awning with ugly zip ties on it and went to my week of camping.Days later Peter called me saying that the awning finally has arrived and when I get back from my camping, once more I take it to Campers Inn to have the awning replaced and for my surprise, next day Peter called me saying: “The awning came missing parts and we’re waiting for the rest of them”A few more weeks and Peter again called me saying that the rest of the parts arrived but when they opened the package, the hardware was damaged on shipping.Finally on September 27, 2021, the service department called me saying that the trailer was ready for pickup, a brand new and complete awning was replaced, what makes me feel so happy after long period of frustration.Campers Inn did a great job for me, especially Peter Flanders and his team, working hard with Jayco with a lot of back and forth until get this issue resolved, making another happy customer.Thank you very much Peter Flanders and your team for the big effort to get my awning replaced, thank you very much Campers Inn - Merrimack, NH, to have professionals rock stars.Osmar

We ran into a problem but Campers Inn resolved our issue in a timely manner. Jesse was our sales person he was fantastic I even had a few questions outside of normal business hours and he answered on his cellphone to help me out which is amazing. I am very disappointed in the process of the purchase of our second camper through campers inn. Our salesman was nice but everything else has seemed like a mess and very poor customer service. I understand things are busy with campers being so popular right now but once the fad fades out they will lose repeat customers if they go down this path.

Twice I stated that I need our motorhome by a certain date, Gary was spot on all service done. We recently stopped in to have a look at the fast moving used travel trailer inventory. Toby Wheeler was awesome. He patiently showed us the used model we were interested in and answered all our questions and concerns. He was more than willing to take us through several new models for comparison. The whole time Toby was informative and patient, even staying past “closing” a bit to make sure we had all the knowledge needed to go home and digest the situation (his idea). In the end we purchased the used unit the next day over the phone and email while Toby again responded to many emailed questions. I will not hesitate to scale up or replace my RV through Toby and Campers Inn.

I understand that your industry is very busy currently, but Ive tried to call multiple times to check hours or availability on certain products but have been met with only voice mails and 24 hour call backs. Multiple times Ive just decided to head in only to be met with closed registers and apologies. It gets old. Only reason anyone shops there is probably lack of other options. We picked up our Grand Design Imagine 2600RB this passed weekend. The people at Campers Inn were very helpful throughout the whole process. The trailer was in great shape when be picked it up. Two comments that I would like to make... I had to install my hitch when we were there. They let us sit in the walkthru area while I installed it. Several times during the installation, they came by to see if I needed help. I appreciated that. My second comment is about Cliff, the person that did the walkthru. He did an AWESOME job. We are first time trailer owners. He walked through all of the features of the trailer and showed us how to use them. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to address all of them. He even had a lot of helpful operation and maintenance tips for us since he was a TT owner himself. Thanks Cliff! Overall, a very positive experience for us in purchasing and picking up the trailer.

Scheduled an appointment 2 months ago for state inspection and oil change and told them we were passing through and that we live full time in our RV. Called two weeks before appointment just to verify everything and was told everything was a go. Day came for the appointment and we were there ahead of time. Checked in with service and they said sorry they would not be able to change the oil because there was only one lift and who ever took our information did not click off the right box to tell them we needed it done the same day, he said most people leave their RV’s for a week, I guess we missed something here because in 6 years of traveling we have near had to leave our RV for more than a couple hours for an oil change. Then to top it off they were not even sure they could do the state inspection, then why did we even make an appointment? They finally did agree to do the state inspection which took a half hour. In the 6 years with our present RV and all the years with other campers including a couple from this place we have never been so disappointed with the service and the lack of concern from some of the service staff.

I never had a good experience with camper Inn. I bought a 2019 FR3 with 3000 miles with a list of problems. I have extended warranty. But its your problem after you purchase it. They dont return calls.I live 20 minutes away.Its sad that I drive to Camper World to purchase the part that camper Inn warrant.

My girlfriend and I made an impromptu visit to Campers Inn last Saturday, and although they were very busy, the staff made a huge effort to accommodate us anyways. Our sales guide was Bernie and he was a true professional. He was extremely well informed, asked good questions, and made us feel very welcome. He even went out of his was and stayed late, just so he could show us an extra model we had previously spoken about. We didn’t purchase an RV that day as we were not ready to make a decision, and it was refreshing that Bernie never made us feel pressured. Started out looking for a Winnebago Forza locally without much luck. Contacted Toby Wheeler at Campers Inn RV of Merrimack and had great luck. Replies promptly to questions, willing to work with trade and financing, answered my never-ending questions, etc. Excellent prices too.While waiting for the Forza that we ordered to come in we saw a Tiffin Allegro Red that we liked better (and it was in stock). Contacted Toby thinking hell surely say no way and think wed lost our minds.He moved our deposit from the Forza to the Allegro with not even a grumble. Now we own our dream RV!

My husband and I visited Campers Inn of Merrimack and want to shout out: THE PEOPLE AT THIS BUSINESS ARE WONDERFUL! Why? First, we were greeted in a warm way. We discussed what we were looking for then viewed appropriate RVs. We picked out our RV and gave a small deposit to hold it for 24 hours. As it turned out, we couldnt purchase it for a personal, unavoidable reason. I am disappointed, but the employees were so kind to us that my husband and I know in the future, when we are ready to buy again, we will only go to the Merrimack Campers Inn. They are honest, helpful and turn into friends through the course of time. Thank you staff, you are the best!

What can I say? Toby Wheeler is a phenomenal sales rep and an even better human. I got in touch a couple of days ago looking to buy an RV, cash. Im early in my process and nothing if not ignorant, so Toby had to take a lot of time answering my questions on the phone and over email. Ultimately, he determined that my best move was to actually take my business elsewhere... literally, to Texas. The amazing part was that he recommended that based on my circumstances, and then still spent a whole bunch more time with me in person showing me models and giving me great advice. A sales rep who finds a way to help when he knows hes not going to get a commission, when that was in fact his recommendation, is the absolute best kind of rep to be engaged with. As fate would have it, a seasonal spot opened up at the campground we were waitlisted for while were in Florida on vacation. I had one of the most enjoyable sales experiences here, thanks to Toby. I had been doing research on manufacturers and brands and had focused in on a specific product line and model after attending an RV show. I knew the travel trailer I had most interest in was not in stock, based on the stores website. Toby warmly greeted me and welcomed me to the store. He did a great job of understanding my needs and offered to show me similar units... not to change my mind or move me to a unit in inventory. He showed me 3 units and worked numbers on one of them I had some interest in. When I explained I was more interested in the original unit which was in production and due for arrival here in a few weeks, he gladly got the new figures. Additionally, he shared with me a product review/presentation of a similar unit from the same manufacturer to confirm the qualities, equipment and features of the unit I selected. I placed a deposit on the inbound unit and cant wait to see it! I never felt rushed, pushed or anything other than valued and respected. I hope this experience continues with documentation, delivery and service. I feel its also important to note I have a long sales background, so I know what a great customer experience looks like. This was one of them!

Took my camper there to get inspiration on it and it was broken into my inverter was stolen and they said theres nothing they could do and wanted to charge me to fix it I have heard from people who have worked there in the past there a joke and the steal for people

My wife and I went to Campers Inn RV of Merrimack looking at class A options within the RV world. We were treated very warmly by Toby Wheeler, who answered all of our questions and showed us 5 different class As on the property. It was great to see the differences between the various manufacturers and Toby was able to describe as well as show us the differences. There are no direction other than to show us what is available, answer our questions and let us determine which option works best for us. I would suggest for anyone looking at RVs to reach out to Toby

I am not sure why the Campers Inn website claims they sell pop up campers. We just drove all the way there to check out some pop up campers in person and we were told that they do not sell pop up campers and that only their store in Kingston sells them. It was extremely disappointing since their website claims that they have many for sale at the Merrimack site.

We recently purchased a Grand Design Solitude from Campers Inn and the whole buying process was absolutely incredible! The sales staff are down to earth, not pushy AT ALL, and will happily spend any amount of time with you in order to find you the perfect RV for your situation. Big shout out to Ben, Jake, and Tim for being so friendly and accommodating during our numerous visits to find the ideal unit.After having the unit delivered to our home we realized that there was a short somewhere that was causing a whole section of the kitchen to have no power. I had read numerous reviews about the “horrendous” service department at this location, and let me tell you they couldn’t be further from the truth. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was friendly, professional, and accommodating of my schedule.They promptly sent out their mobile tech, Adam. This man is nothing short of an angel sent from RV heaven. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled in the nightmare that is RV electrical problems. He spent hours in the rain going through what seemed like every wire that led to the problem area, finally finding the issue when the furnace was removed. Grand Design pinched a wire between two hidden pieces of metal, causing a short. He very quickly made the repair and was on his way. Not for a single moment was he anything short of a kind hearted individual. He even made a return trip on another day in order to patch up a tear in my underbody. I can not express how impressed I am with both Campers Inn and specifically Adam for the unheard of levels of kindness and professionalism that I have witnessed from this dealer. All of our future RV purchases will be from Campers Inn.

Recently my wife and I decided we wanted to start the process of looking into possibly purchasing a Class A motor home. After numerous YouTube videos we felt like we had enough info to start the process of viewing the different makes and models. We had the good fortune of meeting and working with Toby at the Campers Inn in Merrimack N.H. From the outset Toby was spot on with the whole process. He started by asking some preliminary questions to assess what we were hoping to achieve and more specifically what we were looking for in a motor home. Toby was very attentive to our laundry list of wants as my wife and I debated necessity versus luxuries. Although inventories are low at most dealers we visited, Toby had 3 models that were very close to having all the amenities that we/I was looking for. We found Toby to be extremely knowledgeable about each of the models he showed us, going over not only the big tech items but also some of the smaller details that we found lacking in some of our previous shopping trips.I would also like to point out the fact that all the while Toby was giving us his full and undivided attention he was in the midst of a family crisis which would have required most to leave work immediately however Toby stuck with us, answered all of our questions and completed the process with us. He also followed through with a commitment to get us more info that he didn’t have available at the time of our initial visit which I received the very next day. Thank you Toby for the no pressure but very informative sales experience. As we move forward in our search for an RV, we will most certainly be back in touch with you.

I was very disappointed today with my visit. Within the first few min of arriving the gentleman who was supposed to help me, to Sheppard me through the process and be a guide; well, he determined I was not what he felt was a serious buyer and told me “come back in December when you’re more serious”.I decided in that moment I would NOT buy from him, but was there so absolutely used the chance and looked at campers. I was polite and courteous and even attempted to ask questions. All of which seemed to annoy this man.I literally had someone open a locked door for me to view the campers. No effort was made to engage me. No effort was made to ask me questions. No effort was made to earn my business.What this gentleman didn’t know is I too am in Sales and I understand how critical it is to build rapport and show you care, engage with your prospective client, help them learn, to be an educator of your service or product, and while asking pointed questions use your expertise to determine what would likely work best for their family/lifestyle.When I asked for pricing on the campers I did see I was told NO. I was told “I’m not wasting time getting you any numbers since your not buying today”. Funny, how can someone determine if they want to buy today if they won’t be provided numbers?!?!?!When I do buy, as I am buying, it will not be from this organization. I will work to find an organization that looks at me as more than a commission check; and will invest in the time to learn What I need and review what would be best and why. I will find a company that is invested in having a business relationship with Me for all I will need as the years go and I enjoy my second home up north.If treated right today there would have been TWO sales in the near future as well as periodic sales for upkeep and upgrades as time goes on. The art of sales was and is lost on the gentleman who I met today.

It was the busy season & they were booked out until mid-October when we rolled in with a broken leaf spring. At first they gave us apologies & called around for others in the area to help us. I had to be back in Nevada for medical appointment in September. The service manager, Gabriel Santos came out to take a look at our situation. We had already obtained the part from Lippert. Gabe immediately knew it was a huge road safety issue & got us in for repair. Our tech, Aaron Centrella, was thorough, knowledgeable took pride in his work. Customer Service Amanda Poole & Jamy Dalton we friendly, kind and accommodating. Were were ready to roll in a few hours. Its not everyday that you run across a business run with integrity, proffessionalism and understanding. A huge thank you to Gabe Santos & his team for getting us safely on the road!

We had a great experience with Marc, our sales person. He listened to what I wanted and showed me several units that matched my needs. Adam in service did the walk through at delivery and he was great as well, answered all our questions. Chris did the hitch work in our truck and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Linda in finance was very pushy. We initially bought the GAP insurance, and then found out that we have coverage already through our insurance company, so we called and emailed the next day, she never bothered to return our calls. We finally saw her at delivery and she was very rude. Today we went to register the camper at our town hall and the paperwork was done wrong. We called the service department because one of our outside speakers doesn’t work and had to leave a message which they never returned either. It’s too bad because Mark, Adam and Chris were awesome to deal with, and we love our new camper!

Last October we placed an order with our salesman Marc for a 2021 Allegro Red 37BA. The whole process was low pressure from start to finish. We had visited several RV dealerships in previous weeks and either they were high pressure or the sales reps could not answer questions about the motorhomes they were selling. Marc seemed to have every answer about the Tiffins After we ordered the MH, we told Marc it was his demeanor that closed the deal. Every thing after that went extremely smooth right up to taking delivery the first week end in April. Lorisa in service was excellent and Cliff who spent a couple hours going over the unit when we picked it up was great . One of the mechanics, Aaron, that installed our Blue Ox tow kit on our F-150 went over the whole process of attaching to the MH and we were on our way. I feel confident we made the right decision buying from Campers Inn

Went to Campers Inn and had a wonderful experience with Toby. He showed us travel trailers that fit our family and what we were looking for. He made it a very low stress low pressure adventure of purchasing our first Travel Trailer. Toby did an excellent job at explaining things we need to know, answered our questions that we had.
