Brianna & Mel are the pinnacle of all stars. Professional, knowledgeable about the products they sell, and just an overall joy to speak with. They don’t try to hound you to make a purchase but are happy to greet you at the door and help should you ask. Their answers to my questions and overall guidance were very much appreciated and made my shopping experience entirely more enjoyable. I sincerely appreciated their time and patience with my indecisiveness. In addition, Wilson Leather is a fantastic store. Quality products that look good and feel extremely durable. Last year I came here for a couple of wool pea coats. It’s not all just about leather! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and shopping experience, and I look forward to coming back!

It was odd. Went with a buddy to take back a jacket and look at another one that was smaller (drove from Dove, NH) before the guy working yesterday came up and said anything he called two security guards first and then approached us with the security while the security acted like they were just browsing. Very odd experience. Decided to just go back to the store in Kittery afterwords. Both times we have been to the Kittery location has been pleasant. I do hope this was some kind of misunderstanding. My buddy came in wearing Eddie Bauer and I myself had a 400 dollar jacket on. Not sure what warranted the guy calling security before approaching us? It was weird. (BTW we both work at a very high end restaurant in NH, if you work in any form of service industry your supposed to be able to properly assess your guest.)

Overall great prices and f a b u l o u s staff. I will say, my first visit was a bit on the odd side. The employees consistently stared me down and ones eyes were blood red. I accidentally stumbled into the backroom and the walls were pitch black with a single red overhanging lamp. To my left was a stone staircase heading towards some form of basement and I found candles in a star and circle shape (pentagram?). The assistant were all around this shape and summoning some form of ancient god. I stepped onto the platform and I was transported to the shadow dimension. Overall great experience and will visit again.

Didnt really find anything we wanted

I have always loved this store brand. The value is solid on their merchandise. The prices are basically full retail, but many deals can be had throughout the store.

Got a great jacket here. I love it. If I could afford it I would spend more.

Staff is not friendly. I bought a jacket n had a coupon which I had forgot to provide during purchase time. After 10 minutes when in another store realized about it. On d way back mentioned that to cashier from whom had purchased. They refused to apply couple as they said it should have been provided at purchase time. They refused. I offered to return n repurchase but they declined as they already know they I had purchased it. The coupon amount wasnt that important but the staffs behavior to me seemed unfriendly n bit rude. So giving two stars. I kept the jacket as its CK jacket that I was meaning purchase anyways

Fun store.. ask them about sister store Bass and if they still have discounts or deals if shopping both. They did Dec 2017
