They will push you for getting a Pro membership, and will give an incomplete picture over-emphasizing the benefits ($10 on birthday, free gift box, ....), while the benefits are more of the sort:you will get $10 rewards points after the purchase, if you make a purchase during your birthday month.gift box is nothing more than a couple of powder samples,...And pro membership once bought cannot be cancelled for refund. Wish there was a more accurate picture provided to the customers

Can be pricey, and if you dont know what you are looking for, hope that you get someone knowledgable. Ive been on both sides and have just walked out.

Today I visited GNC at the merrimack outlets, and had the best experience! I was looking for d-3 and Iba helped me with finding it. He also helped me with discounts on other items since it is Black Friday! The manager Jason was also in and was extremely nice! He was telling me workout I could do to improve on certain things as well as a daily mens vitamin I should take! The thing that really just topped it all of was the fact that both of these men were genuine, and wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for to better myself! As I was leaving Jason handed me a bag full of items that a pro member would get if they had become a pro member during Black Friday! I had become a pro member during the week and was not given one. This bag had tester items in it as well as cool samples! Believe it or not this was Jasons own doing! It blew my mind! Jason went out of his way to do this for people who had become pro members. He gave it to me because another man did not want it, but it showed how much he cared! I 110% recommend GNC at the Merrimack Outlets! Great group of people! Great service!

Bad experience!! I tried to get 4 products but unfortunately The associate was awful ... too pushy to get me the non free membership. When I said firm No ... he told me the price is wrong he wanted me to pay double. I had to leave the store ... what a waste of time . This happened 12th November 2018
